Ha ha

God Nibbler is so bloody clumsy

Fix the defensive game in the middle and tighten up down back and we got this.

A few very soft frees their way. We do need to play some tempo this quarter.

Left some on the table.. win the midfield and the territory battle and we will coast it in.

This is a cracking game

BT summed it "Explosive quarter"

Such kickable misses. Tighten defence up and roll these parolees.

Some big concerns. The game is on their terms, they are scoring, they have belief. Make so mistake if we don't find some kind of control or forward 50 territory they will fancy themselves a chance

I hope that Maxy miss isn't one that catches up to us...

Need to settle it down in the back half, don’t want a shootout like we did with the dogs

What a quarter. The only real negatives are that we gave up 5 goals (one to that spud Cox), and Maxy's miss. Wish Salem sunk that as well.

But still, that was intense. Don't think they can sustain that for 4 quarters which is good because I don't think my heart can handle 4 either!

Seriously max needs to do something about his kicking. As an experienced senior player & captain you should not miss from that distance in front

Salem laughs at his inexusable miss Fuuuurg me just friggen kick it

And a 10 out of 10 for entertainment value

Entertainment ia great don't get me wrong, we need control and tempo though. I'd prefer 6.5 entertainment and 10 out of 10 performance.

Who gives a stuff about entertainment if u lose?? Couldnt give a fat rats clacker about entertainment

Not much use slowing it down unless we can get a decent break.

They have proven on multiple occasions how easily they pierce our defence

We need a ten goal to two quarter... which we can do

  • CASEY: Essendon

Casey’s unbeaten run was extended for at least another fortnight after the Demons overran a persistent Essendon line up by 29 points at ETU Stadium in Port Melbourne last night. After conceding the first goal of the evening, Casey went on a scoring spree from about ten minutes in, with five unanswered majors with its fleet of midsized runners headed by the much improved Paddy Cross who kicked two in quick succession and livewire Ricky Mentha who also kicked an early goal. Leading the charge was recruit of the year, Riley Bonner while Bailey Laurie continued his impressive vein of form. With Tom Campbell missing from the lineup, Will Verrall stepped up to the plate demonstrating his improvement under the veteran ruckman’s tutelage. The Demons were looking comfortable for much of the second quarter and held a 25-point lead until the Bombers struck back with two goals in the shadows of half time. On the other side of the main break their revival continued with first three goals of the half. Harry Sharp, who had been quiet scrambled in the Demons’ first score of the third term to bring the margin back to a single point at the 17 minute mark and the game became an arm-wrestle for the remainder of the quarter and into the final moments of the last.
