Petracca - bull has returned 

Oliver - incredible winning desire

Langdon - indefatigable running returned

Salem - rarely raised sweat

Jordon - reliable and consistent 

May - great after first

Viney - continued outstanding season

Harmes - tough and reliable

Brayshaw - regularly repelled attacks

Lever - crowd boosted performance 

Neal-Bullen - an efficient game

Bowey - reliable and unflustered 

Sparrow - some important touches

Fritsch - a forgettable milestone 

M Brown - a meh game 

Spargo - couldn’t get involved 

Weideman - hurry back Max

B Brown - couldn’t impose himself 

Bedford - no heroics today

Pickett - did just enough 

Petty - was rarely sighted

Hibberd - better first half

Gus can be very casual with some of his kicks. Especially when he’s on his left.

Watching the game today, I said to my wife Petty will be a superstar for our club. He will never really be recognised as such outside the club I suspect, but he will be a 250 gamer for the Dee's.

Agree about Petty. He is an absolute gun.

I thought Ben Brown was terrible. His first goal was a gift ... the result of a dropped (uncontested) mark by a Crows defender (Murray). His only other goal was in junk time. His inability to impact on contests is a problem ... he either fails to get to the contest, or 'attacks' the ball meekly with one hand. He was great last year, but his form this year is worrying. 

Weid did what Weid does. Shame he can't 'clunk' marks. 

M. Brown was passable. He did better than his namesake. 

Hibbo ... mixed bag. Did some good things, but got outmarked twice which cost 2 goals. Overall an OK game.

Bedford ... until he kicked his goal ... didn't know he was playing!!

Kozzy ... rarely sighted.

That's just not true, his kicking has been excellent this season and a real improvement in his game. Did have some misses yesterday but on the whole very good.

I think sometimes you need to look past your confirmation bias of past seasons.
