A massive round of footy. Obvious to say but beating Brisbane is of critical importance. If we win I believe we can finish top 4, lose and I really don't want to think about it.

Whose punting tonight?

I'm on the weagles !

My reasons are twofold . Firstly, I hope to add to The Manor's coffers but , more importantly, I'd love to see Essendrug suffer further humiliation.

Got some on the dogs . Eagles and Essendon to close to call.

Looking at it with my red and blue shaded glasses

Bulldogs (simply to keep them in the hunt so they can do damage)

West Coast (LJ)

Freo (positions 1 and 2 are much the same and this will take the Blues out of the hunt for those spots)

Geelong v Tigers (draw please)

Saints

North ( but Crows will win)

GWS ( who could barrack for the Pies unless you had to)

Port v Suns (neutral)

Assuming we keep our winning mojo it will be interesting to see which Victorian team snatches fourth

Geez the Dogs look bad.  Body language from coach awful.

Maybe we re ally did destroy their collective minds in September 2021.

He just turned 20 and has played 7 games. Take it easy on the kid

The dogs are gone. Can’t see Bevo surviving this season. They need a refresh

Dogs cant make the eight from here, sadly Hawks are looking a promising team in the making.

God I love seeing the Dogs lose. Whinging cheats and a pack of ugly mugs to boot!

Dogs get such a dream run from the umps it makes me sick. Libba rips Mitchell’s head off when he doesn’t have the ball and they just let him. Centre bounce he blatantly throws it and they let him.

[censored] I hate the Dogs. Worst club in the league by some margin.

I’m switching off. I hate the Dogs so much it’s ruining my night seeing them come back haha

Belting them in the grand final will forever be my best football memory. Nothing will ever top that other than belting them again in a granny by even more.

[censored] scum.

If the Hawks could be a bit cleaner with their disposal, they would be well in front. Their pressure has been pretty good.

Have to laugh at the free kick count, 9-2 Dogs way

Hate to say it but I’m cheering on WC tonight. Would be HILARIOUS to see the meltdown from bombers fans

I refuse to barrack for Hawthorn unless they are playing Dons or Blues, or it impacts us directly. But seeing the free kick count at 9-2, I hope they smash the Dogs. If that McCrae drops his knees one more time to get a high tackle free kick I'm going to spew.

That’s ok, Hawks just need to regroup. They’ve been the better team just lacking some composure at crucial times which got the Dogs some cheapies. Can still win this.

The fawning over the Dogs by the commentators is yuk.

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
