1. GWS

2. Anyone, that is, ANYONE other than Essendon. I’d sooner a Collingwood three-peat than one Essendon flag.

If we made the granny then I would have no qualm if we lost to St Kilda this year, there fans have suffered more than enough and I dont mind Brett Ratten.

2nd choice Brisbane

....

...

18th choice Bombers.

Only problem is that they get a priority pick.

Brisbane, preference St.Kilda, same reasons as above, a lot of long suffering mates.

Don’t you get enjoyment out of their suffering? I know I do. The thought of anyone winning the GF other than us makes me feel ill.

GWS midfield:

Kelly - Whitfield - Taranto - Green - Hopper - Ward - Coniglio

If their talls stand up - Himmelberg, Hogan and Ricardo - they should be top 4 easy and my tip to lose the Granny against us

I'm of a different opinion. We're not the only club with talented players, but what was our point of difference in 2021? I think it was the selfless approach which the players talked about. Given the follow the leader mentality in the AFL, I expect to see those teams that get the selflessness approach right to be the ones who challenge us.

A club that has just made Toby Greene its co-captain hasn't understood anything about selflessness. Greene is the poster boy for selfish behaviour.

If not us GWS

I'd like Saints to win so they can experience the joy after years of heartbreak but mainly so Carlton have the longest premiership drought 🤣

Soft spot for the Aints…No way. let them suffer in the wilderness for a few more decades.
they were a Nightclub back in the 80’s

I really have no one else I want to win the Flag

Live is too short. I want to see at least 4 in a row

At least!

I just want to say to those people saying negative and mean spirited things about Essendon…

I completely agree.

The funniest thing I've experienced recently is Carlton and Essendon supporters having a go at Melbourne supporters on BigFooty for being arrogant! Obviously born this century, I had to let them know about the reputation of Blues and Bombers in the 80s and 90s and even into the 2000s which really only got wiped away after salary breach penalties/two decades of being crap and drug cheating penalties/a decade plus of being crap.

If not us then I think then Port will win.

If not us I would like to see the Saints win. I know there are plenty that laugh at them having only the one premiership and now the longest drought, but we showed that they're made to be broken and I'd like to see them win it before the likes of GWS, Freo, and (lol) GC win their first.

I thought Brisbane were the second best side last year, so if not us, I think they'll win it.

GWS and GC would be the easiest teams to watch win it though.  Does anyone know someone who seriously supports (not vague, nominal support) either of them?  And winning the whole thing is probably the only way the AFL will see any return for the huge investment that has been put into those teams, which begrudgingly benefits us all.  Apart from Greene, they don't have any players I dislike.

I'd like for the saints to pinch one... however not this year. This is ours again.

I'd also like to see the $uns get one before GW$. Theres been far too much arrogance from that western Sydney team for the last few years despite their newness and lack of clout and lack of supporters ... I also hate the Sun's the least out of any other club

Worked with a bunch of them back in the day. Didn't know so until Sheedy came and they started to win, boy did they come out of the woodwork and so cocky with it.

I never want to see Hawthorn win another flag. I'm sick of them

I'd like to see Essendon lose the grand final by a goal kicked after the siren. that would be hilarious

That’s me but with Essendon’s final winning drought. It’s just so funny. Long may it continue.

The Lions. We match up well on them, but I think their midfield will go to another level this year and be very hard to stop.

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training. GATOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS There were 5 in the main rehab group, namely Gawn, Petracca, Fullarton, Woewodin and Lever.  Laurie was running laps by himself, as was Jefferson.  Chandler, as has been reported, had his arm in a sling.  Lindsay did a bit of lap running later on. Some of the ''rehab 5'' participated in non contact drills and b

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan.
