Hey all,

Is anyone heading to the sporting globe Richmond Sunday?
Family and I would love to watch the game with other dees supporters!

Wonderful stuff!

I hope it's a good atmosphere with lots of other Demons supporters at the Sporting Globe in Richmond! I was originally going to go there with a mate but he has to work

I am now just going to watch it at a local pub with my Dad close to where my Parent's live.

All the best though and GO DEMONS!!!

Enjoy theses moments my fellow Dees, live life, love life and enjoy each others company.

Spread the MFC message.

My 9 year old daughter’s birthday and she’s got 3 friends sleeping over.

Told the parents to pick their kids up no later than 11am tomorrow morning (Perf time) or you’ll find them waiting outside in the street. ??

First half @home probably Eastern Hotel Ballarat 2nd half.....

There is also a Sporting Globe in Mordialloc

spit or in the oven

sounds wonderful

In the oven today, it's melting off the bone

At the in-laws, it’s their Easter.

I’m going to look like Darren Jarman at the end of the day.

I am rather unsociable watching the Dees on telly, have to remove all breakable objects in kicking distance, and invariably some 'mate' asks a ridiculous question, How's your roses going, at the wrong time.....so probably from underneath a rock.

...listening to the radio, like a caveman.

Started watching the Melbourne game at the Mountain View (Richmond) in a pub full of feral Essendon and Carlton supporters. At 3/4 time they all streamed out to the MCG leaving a few tables of the Melbourne faithful. Suddenly all the screens changed over to Essendon/Carlton as Foxtel switched halfway through the last quarter, even though there were none of their supporters remaining in the premises. The hotel staff apologised and said that it was Foxtel that did it automatically and that they couldn’t switch back. ? Grrr!

  • REPORT: West Coast

On a night of counting, Melbourne captain Max Gawn made sure that his contribution counted. He was at his best and superb in the the ruck from the very start of the election night game against the West Coast Eagles at Optus Stadium, but after watching his dominance of the first quarter and a half of the clash evaporate into nothing as the Eagles booted four goals in the last ten minutes of the opening half, he turned the game on its head, with a ruckman’s masterclass in the second half.  No superlatives would be sufficient to describe the enormity of the skipper’s performance starting with his 47 hit outs, a career-high 35 possessions (22 of them contested), nine clearances, 12 score involvements and, after messing up an attempt or two, finally capping off one of the greatest rucking performances of all time, with a goal of own in the final quarter not long after he delivered a right angled pass into the arms of Daniel Turner who also goaled from a pocket (will we ever know if the pass is what was intended). That was enough to overturn a 12 point deficit after the Eagles scored the first goal of the second half into a 29 point lead at the last break and a winning final quarter (at last) for the Demons who decided not to rest their champion ruckman at the end this time around.

  • POSTGAME: West Coast

Following a disastrous 0–5 start to the season, the Demons have now made it three wins in a row, cruising past a lacklustre West Coast side on their own turf. Skipper Max Gawn was once again at his dominant best, delivering another ruck masterclass to lead the way.
