11 rounds in  and it has finally clicked.  But still a half to go.

Get the job done  vs Crows and  then get back possibly all of Lever , May and Salem for QB.  Finals will be in our sights.

Effort in the last third of that quarter was brilliant. Everyone cracked in hard. Few skill errors/decisions and we could be another three goals up.

Just slow cooked and ate the most amazing lamb shanks whilst watching the footy.

At last our football is looking as tasty as those shanks.

Let’s keep it up boys!

Forward line looks Dangerously dangerous for the first time in a while.

Jeffy and Weed doing great.

I thinks sometimes it’s just finding that perfect balance.

A good quarter. Oliver and Gawn just smashing it. Hannan does look a tad rusty but that's to be expected first game back.

Them losing Sloane helps. Memo to the ch7 camera man. Keep it on the footy. Christ nearly missed Jeffy's goal when Petracca passed it over because we had to see Pyke in the coaches box.

anyway lets keep it going melbourne. So far so good.

Crows have applied basically no pressure so far. Our midfield is dominating.

Game would be over if Tom Lynch wasn’t playing. He’s been there only really good player.

Sloane out is big - need to take advantage of this and put it beyond doubt this 3rd qtr.

A lot of players that were copping early flak from you lot, have done some redeemable things. All except one. Are we watching Omac’s last game tonight?

This year, shank has had a completely different meaning for us. Thanks for reclaiming it for a much greater purpose.

Yep, been better than the likes of Spargo, Stretch and Hannan.

I was thinking Stretch was playing a role in defence and on the wing rather well. But there you go.

Hot Slippery conditions is going to really stretch the fitness of the group later in the night. They’re down Sloane, which is a lucky break fr us. Go dees. Let’s bring this one home and light up a bit of hope fr the season!

Marking, tackling and kicked a goal.

This is exactly the style of play that got us into finals last year and boy when it clicks like it has so far then we look bloody impressive.

JKH with 12 disposals and really cracking in. Not bad for a bloke in his 2nd game from missing 8 weeks of footy.

Nathan Jones down back for me is a big win so far. Bilky Stretch also doing well down there also.

Jeffy back to his brilliant Jeffy best

I [censored] love Frosty

No I am not.

He always make a good contest and puts in good second efforts.Sometimes it not just kicks and marks.

He came in last minute and is putting in a good show, even Darcy has been giving him a rap.

Jones looking good at half back apart from that Galluci moment where he just pointed instead of going to defend him himself.

Are you being serious?

Just a coup,e of minutes ago i i heard the ABC radio commentators giving him a big wrap. Yuo know, paid objective observers

Doing his job. Again. Laid a couple of crunching tackles late in the lst quarter too which should satisy his critiics who think he is not aggressive enough

Watch with your eyes not your confirmation bias.

    TRAINING: Monday 20th January 2025

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training. GATOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS There were 5 in the main rehab group, namely Gawn, Petracca, Fullarton, Woewodin and Lever.  Laurie was running laps by himself, as was Jefferson.  Chandler, as has been reported, had his arm in a sling.  Lindsay did a bit of lap running later on. Some of the ''rehab 5'' participated in non contact drills and b

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov
