This is Mark Need-esque. Your move Goodwin

Wait till we get beaten by the bombers on Friday night.

Well at least Viney isn’t cooked. Looks much better than last week.

Not that i'm saying "I told you so" or anything, but our players keep fumbling, they are missing kicks and every time they hit up the "hot spot" they are outnumbered and Geelong take the ball out with ease.

Richo just said last week we fielded the second youngest team in the league! I thought we would have been mid league

I’m being consoled. Well, attempting to console me. I actually have a tear in my eye. It makes me so sad after how hard we worked last year. It’s like the form during our preliminary final never left us

That’s probably the only positive I’ve taken from this garbage so far.

Why continue to bomb it into the forward 50 when we have no crumbers?

Move hunt into the midfield or forward. His obviously having no impact at half back

Petracca isn’t a forward’s ar$ehole and yet he is always 2-on-1 by himself up forward. Why?

Then we drop him. He’s in the team on potential, not output. Either he gets involved and has an impact, or we drop him.

Mate. He is no where near getting dropped. Delivery into the forward line has been terrible. Who are you bringing in for him?

You would drop him ahead of Jones, ANB, Frost, Sparrow, Lockhart? Would you drop them all? Our list is nowhere near good enough to be dropping Trac.

how are we this bad - AGAIN!

We are all in too tight inside the contest.    We need 2 or 3 in close,  and 3 just off the pack to receive or defend space.

A bit like when the Saints beat us under Edishat,  3yrs back.

Because we are so close together in tight...  we're just flipping the ball from one to the other,  until we cough it up.

ANB and Jones to be dropped.  Past history does not gift you games.

ANB is useless at AFL level.....great runner though ?

Jones's used by date ....last week.

But hey.. be a realist and you're anti Melbourne.

Can't wait for the presser

25 points down is utterly flattering.

Weideman not a natural footballer

needs to spend the start of each season at Casey and continue to learn there’s more to it than mark and kick

Bring in Keilty

Hell, bring in my brother too. He's a decent forward at least (though admittedly a little lazy).

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
