sisso 2,627 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Joe is in. I reckon we will win today looking forward to the match, TMac makes a big difference structurally.
hemingway 7,633 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Is anyone actually going other than the cheer squad?

picket fence 18,188 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Watching from home, I hate sheetihad! or whatever they call it. Upwards of $25.00 to sit in the top rafters? Nar ! 1
fr_ap 2,566 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 In the corresponding game last year,if I recall correctly watts kicked 4, petracca kicked 3 or 4, Garlett 3 and hannan 2. Only one of those guys is playing today. Concerned about our ability to kick a big enough score today
Deefender 254 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Interesting inclusion with Spargo. Goodwin likes his aggression. When a little man plays with aggression his teammates are going to have to stand tall. This is a good selection.
DubDee 26,679 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Looks like the roof is closed? nothing like sitting in the dark indoors on a beautiful day after being in the office all week!

Guest Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 I will be at the gym from about 1 (2 your time) so will catch the first half. Now I've calmed down a bit, I think there were some positives we could take from last week. It's clear the issue is confidence and how that detracts from employing an effective game plan. While the Dons will not lie down, my feeling is they are in a similar boat to us. They have talent but they are well down on confidence. This is a tough match to pick. I picked the Hawks and Tiges to roll us and thought we would get past the Lions and Roos.i don't approach this one with any confidence to pick a winner. I think we win by 8 points in a game which will be pig dog ugly considering the 5 day turn around.

Goffer 256 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Burning question for the day - will it be Daniher or Stringer that we play back into form?

Mostly because he is a s*** bloke and the footy gods decree that we be the ones who usually let types like him have crackers (see Mitch Robinson).
SFebes 4,884 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 (edited) We’ll win, Goodwin is just trickin’ us does anyone remember the season that the crows were mediocre, few wins and losses and inconsistent then one week they flicked the switch and started scoring 25 goals a game? Think Craig was coach and Goodwin was playing, maybe around 2003-2006? Anyway, would love to see that happen to dees! Edited April 29, 2018 by SFebey

frankie_d 1,471 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Roof closed. TMac having shots on goal with BF and Hoges. A while to go, but pretty empty.
Chook 15,070 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 I'm stoked to see what Tom McDonald back in our side does for how we set up. I think we'll be much more calm as we move our ball to goal.

frankie_d 1,471 Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 I wonder what the forward line plan was before we were forced to play TMac up front?
