I'm thinking the police need to be called in to disarm the person who is holding a gun to the heads of the JW haters and forcing them to come on to this thread to comment.

Amusing that their own posts are bumping it up to the top of the page.

In case anyone forgot, he's playing right now...

I wish he was still on the list. I like the narrative around these things, even though I can see why he was traded and those with Aspergers here don’t get the human bits to this stuff.

That said, I love Bailey Fritsch.

He means, some humans with asparagus don't get to bite it. But he loves banana fritters.

Because people who are autistic aren't human ...

Normative BS, right up there with "gays aren't real men" etc. etc.

Would currently be playing at Casey.

Obscure but not bad

Hopefully he played a terrible game.

Thats right JW lovers come get me!

I flicked over at half time for a quick look at the Power vs Lions game. Watts had two contests I saw.

First was a smaller player bodied him off a high ball, Jack gives a half attempt and the ball bounces to him. He sends off a lazy handball toward goal to a player in the clear that falls short of his target by metres. Lions rebound the ball.

A minute or so later he is in a high ball one on one and Harris-Andrews outmarks him easily and rebounds.

Both reminded me why we made the decision to let him go.

Bayley Fritsch will give us far more going forward

Jack is a top bloke, but he was never going to take the next step for us

We were hoping that he would be our johnathon brown!

Was never going to happen!

A Pavlich would have been nice

I wonder if Jack had found a watering hole of choice in Adelaide yet?

He may want to steer clear of the Ramsgate. It could get a bit too willing for him; especially if Tex turns up after a bad loss.

With a relative diagnosed with Aspergers I don't think you know what it is.

Going by the evidence on BigFooty (such as it is) Port fans were not happy with his efforts today, especially that last quarter. Seemingly sections of their crowd were giving it to him in the last when he missed a gimme from 35 out and turned over a simple handpass in Ports inside 50.

Jack's Supercoach scores have been 97, 44 and 67. The fact that the Power have a very easy draw over the coming weeks may be the only thing saving him from being dropped.

Jack is burning up the ground - after his bog performance last game and his strong contested football, how we gave up such a talent is beyond me????

Glass houses.

We're hardly setting the football world on fire ourselves.

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
