Who do we think will be the most likely winner of the Brownlow from our current list. I'll start the ball rolling:

3. Oliver

2. Petracca

1. Viney

honourable mentions

Gawn - (I know unusual for a ruckman to win recently, but there was Stynes, Moore, Dempsey).

Tyson (if he improves his kicking)

Hibberd

TMac

(left field choice) Brayshaw - yes he is that good folks when he is fit

Viney

3. Josh Kelly

2. Jake Lever

1. Zak Jones

*Some seem to already have them on our current list...

Olivers consistency gives him a toe chance.

I think petracca is also a massive chance of becoming the best player in the comp

Sorry to be a party pooper, but my hope is that we don't have one in the next 10 years, because our top group of players are all so good they pepetually taking and sharing votes between them, that we tally well Brownlow wise as a team, but not well enough individually to have a winner.

More interested in having a Norm Smith medalist, along with breaking his curse.

Not interested. Don't care. The players are welcome to.

I want PREMIERSHIPS .

Oliver...

GAWN if he can recapture best form...

If Petracca can develop a tank and play midfield80/forward20... LOOK OUT!

Didn't hurt Geelong when Ablett and Bartel won theirs.

When I read the question in the thread title, I immediately thought the Oliver is by far and away our best chance, but he'd need to start washing the umpires cars as I don't think he's their favourite player. Then I realised Dustin Martin wasn't really well liked, but he nearly pinched one last year and will likely win it this year. So with that in mind, Oliver could win one in 3-5 years.

Or the Bears

Petracca.

Doesn't get the ball as much as Oliver, but the things he does with it have us and the media frothing. No doubt the umpires see this too as his touches are more visible than Oliver's as they're often out of congestion. He's just a beast.

Oliver

Viney

Petracca

It's a midfielders medal, so based in current projections it would be Oliver.

Oliver to be retrospectively awarded the 2017 Brownlow after Merrett wins it this year but Essendon are done for cheating again

dusty suspended for a punch in round 23   :D

Won’t get near it. Umps won’t give him the votes earlier in the year.

Oliver.

Dont be surprised if it’s this year, they started to notice him last year.

The Dogs reigned supreme in 2018 with an inaugural AFLW premiership cup and the Demons matched this feat by winning the cup as the Season 7 2022 champions.Meggs wasn’t born when the Doggies won their first VFL premiership cup against the Demons in 1954. Covid prevented many Demons fans from legally witnessing the victorious 2021 AFL Grand Final cup performance between the Demons and the Bulldogs, but we all grin when remembering those magnificent seven third quarter goals.
