Reckon for most blokes it's more about the GF ticket than the actual sprint. You'd think he'd be happier finding his seat as the other blokes get ready to run again.

All afl players get one ticket. They have to pick it up on the day from the afl office.

Caught a a player selling it outside illegally outside the ground one year... Lucky that wasn't leaked to the media

Time we cut the money supply to these parasites.

There are enough drug dealers up there to finance both these teams

Wow, looks like the umpires want Bulldogs to win as well.

Yes, Dogs really getting an excellent run.  Thought it was just me thinking this.

Swans had the better of the umps decisions in the first quarter.

What wins Grand Finals

put your head over the footy

tough play and discipline

tackle like you mean to lock it in

smart forwards kick goals

effective disposal critical

need multiple star midfielders

lucky bounces

Yeah, that is me done. Off it goes. Not interested in political football. Same old from the umps.

Lol what a comment. Shared for those who missed it. One of the best halves of footy let alone a gf, and umpires so far have been terrific considering the pace.

There has been a couple of howlers but I don't think the umpiring has been anywhere near as bad as some are making out

It's funny. I gave a fluff last week about the Dogs, But after seeing so many throws and 50/50's go their way and with 4 beers down, i have no nerves and don't care if sydney win. When clubs stretch the rules and expose loopholes, then i lose sympathy.

Kennedy is an absolute gun and he'd be dragging any mediocre team across the line on a day with this output. It's good to see him in full stride.  #anyonebuthawthorn

Halftime and the Bullies are neck and neck with Swans... Luke Beveridge is a master motivator with the list he has at his disposal. Every coach in the land should be tuned into what Bevo is and has been doing. All 22 boys play for him and each other so strongly that this game is actually been played on their terms. Their disposal isnt textbook however they follow up and cover that they can afford to make up for it, juat imagine if they had a couple of true A+ Superstars???

*Note, all Melbourne players should take note that if each and everyone of u play ur role aswell as b a competitor u will play finals and if u can do it for 120mins u will definitely play in a Grand Final. Have I mentioned the Doggies....

Honestly, it's a ripping spectacle. For all the AFL's effort to make footy prettier it's quite great that the biggest game of the year is just 40 blokes running at each other as hard as they can.

Both clubs supporters should be proud so far.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
