Sorry, didn't see the game, disappointed that I can't vote on the last game of the year.

(Apparently Salem went well!)

6 Salem - Showed poise and class and hopefully this stops anybody talking about trading him.

5 T.Mac - Sure Tom-a-Hawk got six, but T-Mac was a tower of strength intercepting.

4 Brayshaw - Brilliant goal being held almost whole way. Kept pumping it forward.

3 O.Mac - Another clean display down back. Why isn't he ever allowed to kick the ball in?

2 Hunt - Usual lively display, although hard-pressed to understand why he was put on their slowest player - Bartel - for whole of first half.

1 Frost - Mainly for his early tackle on Dangerfield. Shame our midfielders couldn't get any to stick on him.

Didn't see the game but it is great that Christian Salem seems to have been our best in his first game back after such a long layoff

What does the Tree beard win?

Can we buy him some beard oil and send it?

A worthy winner - well done Max.

Surely we can give him something?

Give him the complete first season of Vikings: The TV Series on Blu-Ray.

I still think that the club should give something to the Supporters Player of the Year at the B&F, whether that be from Demonland or something more official from official members. I have said it before, but in English football, it is actually a reasonably important accolade. If I was player, I would take great pride that the fans think that much of me.

It’s been a season of grit, growth, and glimpses of brilliance—mixed with a few tough interstate lessons. Now, with finals looming, the Dees head to Kardinia Park for one last tune-up before the real stuff begins.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
