GAMEDAY - Round 20

Hate to say it but the forward line looks so much better without Hogan. Less Hail Mary's.

Geez that was a tough quarter of footy.

Weed the 19 year old KPF is better at AFL level than VFL...    brilliant start.

Best start to a game all year.

Picking the right options, hitting targets, and taking marks.

That was the best quarter of footy we've played all year.

Imagine when we start playing like this consistently with our younger players averaging 50+ games!

Post on the AFL website, "hunting Hawks dazzle dees". Were they at the same game or watching replay of 88 grand final???

Fantastic start.

Prime midfield movers all hitting hard, rebounding flankers working hard, and Weed looks mobile and agile alongside Watts and the high flying Pedo.

Gotta keep those inside 50s low and sharp to protect against their spoilers.

Would be nice if the maggots didn't blow their whistle every time Rioli went near it.

This.

Hogan doesn't lead, loving Weideman.

Weirdly, something similar happened in Geelong last year. We radically changed our structure with less reliance on the single key forward, making us far less predictable. Seems to be working here.

Only one quarter of footy, but so much to enjoy watching that.

Credit to the players and coaches to have them come out and play like that. They believe they can win.

A lot of positives from that quarter. The Weed definitely has footy smarts.

Would have been 6 goals to 1 if not for the Fucken umps

Potentially the best quarter of football we've played under the Roos era, and we've played some belters.

God I hope we can hang on.

Harmes needs to be persisted with.....

aaaah Telstra. $200 in mobile and adsl broadband for this shite afl app service

anyone else getting lockups in our best game of the year?

Great quarter of footy from the Dee's Iv seen in a very long time.

Now keep it up boys!!

HOLY [censored]!

Hahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahaha

Great start!

Smash the bastards

The pressure is killing them!  They don't want it Dees, smash them!

On Hogan - just wait till we work it out.  We rely on him too much, once that stops our forward line will click and be unstoppable.

One day in the next, say, 10 games this team plays, the dam wall is going to burst and it's going to be amazing.
