Alright with a new forum, and new season, it's time for a new banner.

Let's do it right, and by right I mean let's do it with the players who actually deserve it.

Jones, Viney, Hogan, T. McDonald, Jetta, Vince, Salem and one more out of Garland, Kent, Vanders and Jeffy.

Jesse has spoken. Take it as gospel /

Sorry but ya just have to throw Big Max in the mix....

I like the idea of Big Max being on the extreme right hand side of the banner and you can use his beard as the scroll bar.

I was thinking the usual head and shoulders photos of players with approximate height allowances but with Max with a chest and shoulders with the bottom of his beard.

not yet.

I'd like to see cameos for action-man PJ, also Roosy for his last, & apprentice Goody...

lets,,,  just for once,  let the 'others' mature on the back burner,  before we hoist the carcasses up onto a mantle, before acceptances.

PJ should really be up there first. Every bit as important as Roos. Arguably moreso.

Jackson, Roos, Goodwin, Jones, Vince, Viney, McDonald, Hogan, Brayshaw

Leadership, backbone and future.

.... howz about Roosy in the centre,  with PJ & Goody on the outsides of our leaders.

I think Jackson should not be on the banner as it fits with his persona.

He rarely makes statements or appears in the press  - when he does he has good stuff to say ( and says it in a few well chosen words)  and then he fades into the background again. There is something quietly reassuring about him.  (as opposed to his predecessor)

I can see the logic to that.

I was viewing it more as a way for the fans to show our appreciation for the job he's doing at the club.

I prefer the current banner to an array of heads and avoid the arguments as to who should be on it. The emblem/logo/club colours emphasize the club/the team over the individual. Keep it simple.

ernest, sounds ok

but...maybe just add a couple of meerkat gifs.........i really like meerkats

Veteran Demonland Trackwatchers Kev Martin, Slartibartfast & Demon Wheels were on hand at Gosch's Paddock to kick off the official first training session for the 1st to 4th year players with a few elder statesmen in attendance as well. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Beautiful morning. Joy all round, they look like they want to be there.  21 in the squad. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. Once again the club’s top goal scorer but he had a few uncharacteristic flat spots during the season and the club will be looking for much better from him in 2025. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence. The first round draft pick at #13 from twelve months ago the strongly built medium forward has had an impressive introduction to AFL football and is expected to spend more midfield moments as his career progresses.
