I too am glad that Roos is identifying where a lot of negativity around this club is coming from. Those supporters sending unnecessary negative criticism need to be on board with this club. Need to accept it might take a bit longer.

Just a little bit longer... just a little bit longer... just a little bit longer...

Just... one... more... rebuild...

I don't normally rant and rave and start threads complaining but today is the last straw.

I want an apology from the playing group and a proper explanation to why they decided to give up or not try against the bottom of the club side.

There is no pressure no taclking no running and no leadership.

After years of being a member and watching every game I've had enough and I won't renew my membership unless I get an apology from the club players.

This performance is utter [censored]

Giving up means you actually finish the game worse than you started.

FCS, you supporters need an apology from yourselves.

Ok

I dont' want to get in to a pointless debate about language etc.

But I will cut off my left tesitcal if that effort and performance on Sunday is considered acceptable.

And FWIW - i don't want some pea hearted apology - I am just sick of supporting a shite club

Edit - I don't email the club and I won't, but I wanted something from the game becase i felt severly let down and an apology for my time, money and effor to support those pretenders would have been the only reward I'd have gotten for my support

Way ahead of you bro, I have already done that

Try venting your frustration into deep thought over ranting.

Deeper understanding = less frustration = realistic expectations = minority = walking against the herd

Fair enough... I do agree with you, but it's been a long 9 years

I am not a consistent ventor - Sunday was too much

Plus im not sure how deep of understanding there is in continually putting one's faith in a mentally weak team - it's more along the lines of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

Edit - Plus this is a supporters forum which discusses the MFC i believe it is the right place to do so

You have every right to vent, as I have every right to call it as I see it.

Hard to debate superficiality and emotion. So Demonland should just have a venting thread that doesn't allow reply. Enter at own risk.

You say mentally weak. Funny, as I prosecuted a case in the midst of the Adam Goodes Booing climax, that Jack Watts was one of the most mentally toughest in the competition.

Roosy should just show the pile of emails to the players.

We pay the wages...

I thought you wanted the team to win?

But you also want him to spend time showing rambling rabid emails to the players?

These things are diametrically opposed.

You are assuming they are all "Rambling, rabid emails"

I lost my will to watch this club after the week before, do not understand how you can lose to a team you beat by so much earlier in the same season. Seriously thinking about not renewing my membership next year, got better things to spend my $60 a month on.

After sustaining a torn ACL in the final match of the 2023 season Jake added a bit to the attack late in the 2024 season upon his return. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence. The move of “Disco” to a key forward post looks like bearing fruit. Turner has good hands, moves well and appears to be learning the forward craft well. Will be an interesting watch in 2025. Lack of preparation after a problematic preseason prevented Oliver from reaching the high standards set before last year’s hamstring woes. BLOODY BLUES by Meggs

The conclusion to Narrm’s home and away season was the inevitable let down by the bloody Blues  who meekly capitulated to the Bombers.   The 2024 season fixture handicapped the Demons chances from the get-go with Port Adelaide, Brisbane and Essendon advantaged with enough gimme games to ensure a tough road to the finals, especially after a slew of early season injuries to star players cost wins and percentage.     As we strode confidently through the gates of Prin

At the time, he was on his way to many personal honours and the club in strong finals contention.
