Actually you are right, couldn't figure out who was missing, thanks, no he didn't, old age, need the prompting

Only fluff chap, with Dean Kent, Nev and Fitzy,..and of course Salem about the soccer...... Nathan Jones had his game face on

So we can discount the comment on the MFC Supporters page on Facebook?:

"VINEY OUT - Julian De Stoop (Fox Sports News) has reported Jack Viney is out for the next four to six games after scans revealed a small fracture in his leg after the GWS game. A massive blow to the Dees midfield, with Nathan Jones, I hear, also a chance to miss."

And here I thought Saty was just a massive metal head.

Is this your jam saty?

What a great band! One of my favs, I asked Saty the same when he first started posting here.

Saty - did Howe get through most of the session?

And did Jetta train fully despite the head knocks gag?

Yes Howe was ok, looked a bit more like his old self today, very sharp

Nev is fine, spoke to him afterwards, they take head knocks seriously now, enjoyed the joke with the Cowboys helmet, but being Nev, spotted me with the camera on his way around and took helmet off so it didn't appear on Twitter, he has to take the concussion test each day, got through training fine....I told him to stop painting the target on his forehead before a game

Going off topic there chap and nailing your colours to the mast, any opinion of Zeffirelli or Polanski, two of my faves

not off topic, saty, someone else brought it up

don't know why you categorise zeffirelli and polanski with fellini, very different cats

zeffirelli and polanski are both very talented and i generally enjoy their work despite one being a centre-right senator and the other having rolf harris moments - lol

I was lucky to grow up in Liverpool in the 60's and go to a progressive Grammer School with teachers who wanted to teach iif you get my meaning, and an uncle who was in the Merchant Navy and brought wonderful films and music back with him, so therefore my tastes are wide ranging, in music from early Baroque through to some Death Metal and films from Buster Keaton to Manga

Zeffirelli was more your classical director while Polanski could go off on some pretty weird tangents (particularly in the years just after the Manson Family murder of Sharon Tate). Thought he really lost the plot though in his version of Macbeth... give me Kurosawa's Throne of Blood any day of the week.

Yes I agree I thought Fibular was Latin for not telling the truth

Fibular Bells by David Oldfield (former One Nation member and Hanson lover - literally)

I don't even bother asking why during the season, because I will never get the truth

Had heard he had a fracture but wanted to wait and see if he was out for sure. Apparently Cale Hooker has a similar injury but is playing on it.

Forgive me I must be mistaken for thinking this was a website to discuss football and in particular the MFC. It's like going to a website about bullfighting and finding its a porn site. by the way fellini is one of my favourite directors. His artistry far exceeds the other two. He will be remembered long after the other two are forgotten. but best watched in an elevated state.

Reminds me of a funny quote, "I went to a fight the other night and an ice hockey match broke out"

I was obviously too grounded for Satyricon last night. I am a Kubrick fan myself.

Kubrick is not to my taste ManDee. You must be a hardcore movie fan with eclectic tastes or a sicko. I have to be very drunk to watch Kubrick or simply close my eyes.

Sorry, I was on the Tubular Bells Mike Oldfield story line. I missed the Mike Oldfields Fibular as in deceit story line.

When words fail, literally.

PS:- I would deny that too.

Perhaps eclectic movie sicko? You can listen to a Kubrick movie, the soundtracks are awesome especially the later movies.

Edit 2001 is pretty good too.

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
