Without wanting to get anyone's hopes up too much, he has decided where he will be playing next year. The only thing I can say, he won't tell me where ... now I know that sounds pretty tame, but if he was going to stay in adelaide, he would have said. Despite speculation, Hawthorn were not a factor.

I believe the Melbourne offer was huge, and dwarfed the offer from Geelong. I genuinely believe it's very likely he could be at Melbourne next year. If he isn't, then don't blame anyone at the club for lack of effort.

Um what..??

Do you know him personally?

Im hoping your right about our offer. With equilisation etc now and the standard of our list our offer will beed to be gigantic to even get a player like danger to look at us.

We need all the help we can get

The media just talk about Geelong but I've got a good feeling about this.

We would have a heap of cash to spend and would likely front end load the contract to ensure we can still spend money on Hogan, Brayshaw, Salem and Petracca in future years.

We have more chance of winning the flag next year than landing Dangerfield.

Why on earth would be come to us when he'd be earning more than enough at either Adelaide or Geelong and be playing in winning teams.

I can't for the life of me see how someone like him would want absurd coin.

It just makes zero sense.

Zero.

Zero.ebourne's

1) He wants to move back to Melbourne

2) We can offer him more money then most Victorian clubs

3) He views Melbourne's young players as better than Geelong's at the moment

Are you just guessing when you say that? I have seen him drool over Jesse Hogan on twitter a couple ot times

Imagine Danger streaming out if the midfield hitting up Hogan next season.

Beautiful dream but I think that's it all might be unfortunately.

I don't have any 'news' I'm just looking at it from a players perspective. If Melbourne was offering me a bit more cash than Geelong I don't see why I wouldn't take it when you take into account the youngsters there.

Will he?

Where are you getting that from?

Perhaps Facebook, where fans are trolling their Crows supporting friends by tagging them in an article from 2012 announcing a three year deal?

That's cold, by the way, sheesh...

What ever they need to pay, just do it I say need the members to get excited and put there hand in pocket because right now with our last month of footy we are going to lose some, WE NEED DANGER

We are the only club that hasn't had a true superstar in the last 30 years. It is a sad state of affairs.

Every other club has had multiple superstars in that time. I agree pay him whatever it takes.

Superstars are developed by good footy clubs with strong culture...the MFC have been very poor at this.....

Simply getting Superstars from other clubs is a just short term fix...

Though would luv for him to become a demons...

but was it cooked out on the moggs creek sand, over hot rocks, & was there the white smoke, or was it black ? these are the things that will signal a miracle of the ages.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
