Because they will bid up his price which will increase our compensation.

He is in the same basket as Barrett and Wilson.

That says it all really.

He is a Meth Coast Supporter

WA Boy played WAFL Colts for East Fremantle

In no way is he linked to our club

As much as i despise him, everything Denham has said about the MFC in the past i.e insipid on field, poor management off field, poor drafting, poor board decisions etc. is all true.
Don't be completely clouded by your love for this club that you can't see that the man was right.
We are fixing ourselves FINALLY and his ridicule of us has stopped, now he is only saying that clubs are after one of our stars; which they are.
Not sure what the issue is.

He is a Melbourne "supporter" too.

Seriously he is.

Seriously ........ HE ISN'T

Wouldn't suprise me if he is on the money.

Well... you'll never be able to prove him wrong, so it's a pretty easy unsubstantiated claim to make.

Complaining about Denham is like whingeing about stuff in New Idea or New Weekly.

Don't get me started...

Did you know Fev has had botox?

What has he actually got wrong over the 2-3 years?

I don't like his style at all. But he has been bang on so far.

So Denham thinks Frawley is gone. That's not exactly news. Thanks, Scoop.

FCS all he's saying is there are 9 clubs interested.

"IF" he intends to leave to play finals and have immediate success within the next 2-3 yrs - he better choose carefully. Otherwise he may well regret going elsewhere.

That's why I don't like him - what he reports may or may not be right - it is his toxic style that has me switching off SEN during the morning on the off chance I might hear that repulsive human.

I wear jeans more often than I listen to this guy. I don't wear jeans...ever.

This is the only denham I care about:

I have a more optimistic view in that I think he will stay with us despite huge interest from umpteen other clubs!!

He's bound to field offers from others to get his market value, but just have this feeling he'll stick with us!!!

Denham is a @#%&off

Totally agree...he is an over opinuated Git, but his sources concerning The MFC were rock solid..

And he did stop calling us the Bears the moment CS was shown the back door.

Joan from Camberwell speaking to Denham is worth staying tuned in!!

Edited by why you little

In 2007 he tip the dees to win the flag, lots of people did, he has been nasty to da dees ever since, I think he is still angry they did not win the flag, to a self centred person that made him look bad.

And he better choose one that will be able to roll the Dees in 2-3 years ;)

Ironically I would have thought if it was finals he was after.....surely hed just stay where he is. :)

No he isn't, his a Fremantle supporter.

His from WA.

I don't know what his beef is with Melbourne though.

Greg definitely barracks for west coast. he talks about it all the time and last year he said he felt sorry for us because we didnt have Nic Nat. Well greg im pretty happy with Watts this season. I still tune in occasionally. I thought he'd let up on us.

Its funny when you hear him bag out other teams. The way he attacked essendon on this drugs stuff was great. It got all the essendon fans off there seats.

My mistake, must be someone else who bags us constantly that I'm thinking of.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Collingwood

Narrm time isn’t a standard concept—it’s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.

  • AFLW REPORT: St. Kilda

The Dees demolished the Saints in a comprehensive 74-pointshellacking.  We filled our boots with percentage — now a whopping 520.7% — and sit atop the AFLW ladder. Melbourne’s game plan is on fire, and the competition is officially on notice.

  • REPORT: Collingwood

It was yet another disappointing outcome in a disappointing year, with Melbourne missing the finals for the second consecutive season. Indeed, it wasn’t even close, as the Demons' tally of seven wins was less than half the number required to rank among the top eight teams in the competition. When the dust of the game settled and supporters reflected on Melbourne's  six-point defeat at the hands of close game specialists Collingwood, Max Gawn's words about his team’s unfulfilled potential rang true … well, almost.
