Does anyone else see a bit of Dane Swan in Dean Kent? Even the way they have started their careers is simular.

Nope...

Davis and Watts loose behind the ball. Disgraceful coaching

Terlich is far too loose, Balantyne is all over him. Can't kick....or find a target....not up to AFL standard .

Agreed but terlich isn't a lockdown player so why he is on Ballantine I have no idea

Why does Lynden Dunn never play in front of his opponent?

Because then he can't whisper stuff into their ear

Similar gait with short legs and long trunk. Kent is very competitive in the air with good burst of speed.

He is being played out of position, for those who thought he should be deep forward now you see why he shouldn't.

He needs space to move around and up the ground, high hf to wing.

So his opponent can run off him further up the ground?

has been one of our best today with respect to his defending. Doesn't think quick enough when kicking out, but his defensive efforts have been solid.

Don't think it's been mentioned, but Jordie is killing Fyfe

Havent been paying clise attention but our contested ball improves with Jordie in.

chance for one last goal

Watts lazily and pathetically kicks into a Freo player

so typical of this soft [censored]

watts aside i just can't fathom that there's ever an excuse for kicking into your mark. Plainly its just sloppy.

Why the hell are we not playing some of the kids who deserve shots? And why the hell are we playing this flooded backline rubbish when all the supporters are crying out for some hope and the players are so devoid of confidence?!! I thought we got rid of Neeld?

Jack Trengoves best game of the season

Hope he can have a big last quarter

Cost us the last goal by not chasing until he realised he should have.

Please! He and Terlich have both repeatedly allowed their opponents the latitude to run onto chest passes without providing the slightest bit of body pressure.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
