Can someone tell me if the NRL Tribunal that judged the Cronulla affair was held in camera?

I assume from the paucity of information we received about that judgement, that it was.

If we look back to the period just before he became coach he was portrayed as being a reluctant saviour begged to return to restore the clubs glory. In hindsight it now looks more like he was the mastermind of a diabolical plot to engineer his takeover of the club.
