Tyson has potential to be better than Kennedy, we could have Tyson for longer than we could possibly have had Kennedy due to their respective ages. We havnt lost out any where

The article says the bummers interest has waned, and there are 2 other clubs interested. Could be us

my first thought was Stkilda.. only a thought though :)

Why is that? Kennedy, Tyson and Jones would form an elite clearance machine…if this happened, I would put money on Melbourne giving the 8 a run.

Daydreaming, the closest we ever get to the finals.

Because IMO we would be unlikely to get him with pick 9.

Ive read that, but it doesn't go on to say signed sealed delivered.

I've searched the swans website as well, nothing.

I can't find actual confirmation. just that HUN piece which says he's got the contract in front of him. that to me isn't confirmation.

Fitzpatrick being asked about by an interstate team with possible pick in 30's ????????????

I can't find the confirmation?

I found the media saying he's been offered contract & was expected to sign. but found no confirmation of signed deal done yet?

Fitzy showed star potential this season and at 200cm has freakish speed

he will be a weapon

played really well this year. Can't see him becoming a star but would be happy t0 trade him while his currency is pretty high (for potential) would like another key back or mid in exchange Edited by Daz's Dee's

Howe & pick 9 for Kennedy. ;)

And the club chatting to Fitzpatrick is probably Adelaide or Port.

Although as I have said elsewhere I will be shocked if we go into next year with Jamar, Gawn, Fitzpatrick, Spencer on our list...so one still to go?

Posted

Jamar is 30 and his body is in decline so i think he would be most suited to a trade

Spencer 24 the prototype angry ruckman and has a good motor can dominate at vfl level, his main weakness is his kicking

Gawn 21 can dominant vfl ruckman and could be a monster in 3-4 years if his knees hold up

Fitzy 22 not a true ruckman better suited up forward elite speed for his size he has a lot of potential to improve

Not a rumor, but seeing as the Saints have picks 18 and 19 as well as 25, would it be logical for port to try and get them involved in the deal for polec? trading 14 and 34 for 19 and 25? Port send 19 to Brisbane for Polec and are left with 25. Saints move up to 14 and grab one of the more fancied draftees (Crouch, Taylor) Brisbane get a pick they're after, being around the top of the draft.

hit & miss. If I were rebuilding a list from a low base, I would prefer to have more picks in the top 25, than less, or even one... laws of averages.

Contracts aren't an impediment to trading if all parties are agreable. Just mentioning

Maybe it's Club Meds (aka Medsendon)

Yes but would find it difficult to see them trading out a player they only just signed for 4 years! And depending on who you believe, the Buddy deal was done last year, right?

Not saying its easy hard or otherwise, just not impossible

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round.
