Welcome to rock bottom. Again.

Crowd is on suicide watch. People are leaving at half time. Yes, half time.

I'm ready to claw my eyes out.

Regardless of how badly we're going, GC gradually building into something. All those top draft picks one year down the track ... we're not going to be the only team they get on top of. Skills skills skills.

Anyway, back to normal transmission. Where were we ...

Neeld can't hide behind his 'average games played' line today.

Every player other than Viney, Jones, Gawn and Tapscott need a punch in the back of the head.

Neeld, you have my approval to do this.

Bing, with all due respect, I couldn't give a shite about the Suns. It's impossible to go wrong when you're handed an entire age group.

This is pretty bad.

We have no money - but can Neeld survive this? He could go down as the worst coach of all time.

I didn't watch some of our 2009 matches because I was torn between winning and draft picks - but otherwise I tune in and watch every week (I live overseas). After today I'm not sure if it's worth the effort.

He already started those excuses on Thursday

If GC and GWS dont win a flag each, something wrong there - given everything they need and more

Didn't go today and its easy to get overly frustrated listening on the radio....but brother.

Some of our matches should come with an r rating for disturbing scenes.

Riddle me this, why the eff did we get rid of Stef Martin and keep Spencer? He is rubbish, at least Martin could contribute a little more.

Nah, never give up. Treat it as a comedy/drama. We will get through this.

Incidentally, did anyone else catch Pter Jackson on MMM this afternoon? Interesting little interview. He sounds like he's planning on upsetting some people around the football department. Words like "streamlining" and "cost cutting" were thrown around. Sounds to me like we may see a couple of people in the FD sent packing.

To me those words mean that nothing will be done. Fluff talk where he cant be proved wrong on.

Healy said at the 5 minute mark of 1st quarter that the players are mentally beaten.

Anyone who thinks this coach needs to stay after today, just cant reason.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
