Dank involved at Demons?

This is disappointing. The only thing that was keeping me going, was that at least we weren't Essendon. Now, we are injecting our players with experimental drugs, or untested combinations of drugs. Technically, they may not be banned by WADA but the health of the players has not been paramount.

As other have posted, we should be asking for our money back from Dank.

So who's up for a raid of the ABC?

Sensationalist f***wits who don't have a clue about covering sport. Wouldn't be surprised if this has been a deal made by essendon to try and get themselves out of the spotlight.

You know what, I don't even know what to think, too blinded by rage

well if the report on 7:30 is anything to go by we have absolutely nothing to worry about. None of the drugs used were banned or are banned now and it said Bates ran it by ASADA and they confirmed it was fine.

Melbourne has claimed no association with Dank, report is suggesting otherwise.

Someone is lying - it may not, and hopefully isn't us, but the media will tear us apart regardless.

these muppets have ruined this club!

It seems that way doesn't it.

If there is anyone at the club that has any involvement in this they should be sacked immediately, even if the drugs involved are not banned, it is just straight out supidity.

Cannot possibly be true - Dank offered performance enhancing drugs, didn't he, so clearly we didn't take any, and haven't for many years.

PS: we must demand a full refund if any of this [censored] is true.

Why?

Needles are very commonplace in Doctors surgeries.

We checked with ASADA.

I'm hoping this story is merely to balance our approach with that of the Bombers before they get boiled alive.

I was just flicking channels and came across 7:30. They just named the players and dunn needed an injection. Who is this dr bates. Is he new. Then they said the MFC have said in a statement that Dank was never employed by them and anything injected was supervised.

Geez I cannot handle another investigation. Lets hope Neeld was not watching. He would throw his hands up in the air saying what now.

Because we shouldn't have any association with Dank. i believe that his reputation was well known so it is an automatic, keep away.

I no longer care.

I'm immune to the decisions this club makes.

This club doesn't make decisions they make one FU after another. It seems as if you need a degree in stupidity if you want to work for the MFC, at the very least.

    REDLEG PRIDE by Meggs

Hump day mid-week footy at the Redlegs home ground is a great opportunity to build on our recent improved competitiveness playing in the red and blue.   The jumper has a few other colours this week with the rainbow Pride flag flying this round to celebrate people from all walks of life coming together, being accepted. AFLW has been a benchmark when it comes to inclusivity and a safe workplace.  The team will run out in a specially designed guernsey for this game and also the following week

    REDEEMING by Meggs

It was such a balmy spring evening for this mid-week BNCA Pink Lady match at our favourite venue Ikon Park between two teams that had not won a game since round one.   After last week’s insipid bombing, the DeeArmy banner correctly deemanded that our players ‘go in hard, go in strong, go in fighting’, and girl they sure did!   The first quarter goals by Alyssa Bannan and Alyssia Pisano were simply stunning, and it was 4 goals to nil by half-time.   Kudos to Mick Stinear.

    REDEEM by Meggs

How will Mick Stinear and his dwindling list of fit and available Demons respond to last week’s 65-point capitulation to the Bombers, the team’s biggest loss in history?   As a minimum he will expect genuine effort from all of his players when Melbourne takes on the GWS Giants at Ikon Park this Thursday.  Happily, the ground remains a favourite Melbourne venue of players and spectators alike and will provide an opportunity for the Demons to redeem themselves. Injuries to star play

    EASYBEATS by Meggs

A beautiful sunny Friday afternoon, with a light breeze and a strong Windy Hill crowd set the scene, inviting one team to seize the day and take the important four points on offer. For the Demons it was not a good Friday, easily beaten by an all-time largest losing margin of 65 points.   Essendon threw themselves into action today, winning most of the contests and had three early goals with Daria Bannister on fire.  In contrast the Demons were dropping marks, hesitant in close and comm
