The camera guy seems totally incapable of locating McLardy, even though Garry and Brayshaw keep indicating to show him.

Complete ineptitude.

I imagine it became on of Webjet's terms and we weren't really in a situation of power at the negotiation table.

I could care less about the aesthetic qualities of their logo.

Webjet will become a major sponsor.

.They will become a front sponsor for a year with an option of another two years.

No mention of Eddie .

Why didn't Schwab call them?

He will call every company in the whole country will he?

another option would be asking him yourself if it is such an issue?

It would be great if the actual logo is just the plane/mouse thing without the big red box. Our Primus logo was great because it was just the name, with no distracting colours around it. Pumped to get a sponsor, and I'm interested to see how the final image will look. Also, Trenners made a pretty big stuff-up mentioning the old sponsor by name. I would imagine that would be the first thing he would have been told not to do before coming onto the show. It doesn't really matter, but I'd like to distance the club from that old mob as much as possible.

I too thought the logo was enormous. I get the feeling this is just temporary though, that they just wanted to the team tops out as quickly as possible but didn't want to fiddle around too much with the size. It's clearly not printed on, so the batch of proper tops I reckon will have better dimensions.

Great stuff Webjet!

Great news. Just booked my Europe trip with them last week too!

Well done to the club for getting this sorted quick smart. One week without a sponsor given the circumstances is unbelievable really.

The logo does look too big but there is no doubt it's just some sticker they ironed on. They'll probably hold off to get the back sorted before getting the merchandise printed. That stuff costs money to set up. You'll be paying for every new print screen you request.

I'm going to be ramming webjet down the throat of everyone I come into contact with for the next month.

They're gonna be sick of hearing it.

Webjet.

Logo looks terrible! too big!

No pleasing some people! Even good news must have a down side.

The tweets coming out from the club say"joint major sponsor"... what exactly does that mean? Can we expect a follow-up announcement in the not too distant future regarding another sponsor?

It's part of his job, isn't it? As for asking him myself, I'm dubious about the poster who is supposed to be CS is actually CS.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
