Either this is going to be a fizzer of a presser or no one knows what's going to happen.

Certainly the descriptions of 'major' and 'cool' don't fit the regular awarding of jumpers to new kids. Nor would I classify revealing a sponsorship deal as 'cool'.

Maybe the new jumper? Maybe it's a bit 'newer' than we thought?

There was a retweet by Clint Stanaway form 9 news that said its not captaincy news but exciting for demons fans. Not sur ehow he knows but ill go with it.

Stanaway has connections at the club.

Along with being close to a few of the players, I believe his father is head trainer at MFC.

The best thing about this announcement no matter how big it is, is that information is being released by the club and not being leaked out prior to the press conference.

edit: Whilst it might be good news, the Viney saga should be a fait accompli. We all know he's coming.
