If you are a male in a nightclub (default 18+ to enter the premesis), and have sex with a girl from there, (either there or at home the same night) then it is later discovered that she is underage, it is my understanding that YOU can still get in trouble! Who on earth is going to ask for ID before the deed??

You may very well be right mate, hence the law is not perfect.

Regardless of the venue I think a male would be mad not to at least ask the female in question if she is over 18 (should he have any doubts whatsoever). If she blatantly lies about it then I can't see how he can be held accountable. Asking to view her ID isn't feasible.

The saints are the biggest double standard club around, its players and leadership group, only suspended player they don't like, a few years ago when Steven Milne was involved in, the same thing lovett was in voled in the leadership group did not suspend him,but when it was lovett then they suspend him straight away, it would be good if the players involved are in the leadership group, becuase it will show how much there leadership is corrput, and only jugde who they don;t like,or who they did not want in the first place. Does St Kilda have a morally corrupt culture the only answer I can arrive at is yes.
