A player that struggles to get in Essendon best 22 that is on its knees with injuries? Yikes please tell me we are not that desperate.

I could only get around it if it's for a token late pick which it definitely wouldn't be

Essendon will probably ask for two first rounders, in honour of old mate Dodo.

"This one's for you, Adrian!"

What is this, Billings 2.0? Make the rumours good.

Jeremy Cameron is sick of Geelong, and is coming to the Dees. Straight swap for Shane McAdams

Happy?

It's a travesty of justice that these sorts of crimes are so infrequently punished.

Is this MFC related?

Geelong related.

And it is a goddamn disgrace how frequently rape cases go unpunished.

Completely agree.

Why do they keep the bloke's name quiet but often name the girl so she can be shamed and accused of faking it

No wonder women rarely report rape.

If anyone knows the name pls DM me

Melbourne seem to have a level of interest in the Tsatas camp. I'm not overly enamoured, but there might be a bit of a watch this space.

I actually don’t mind this. We have poor midfield depth as it is and we are about to lose Trac.

Tsatas would come cheap and he has clear upside.

Poor disposal, I understand. But he is depth that we’re not giving away much for.

It is but , but in this case isn’t this because the victim has allegedly settled out of court? If so (and I really don’t know anything about the case) it’s not a good look at all.

Surely there has to be some law about criminal charges being settled out of court?

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
