    Why do they keep the bloke's name quiet but often name the girl so she can be shamed and accused of faking it

    It is but , but in this case isn’t this because the victim has allegedly settled out of court? If so (and I really don’t know anything about the case) it’s not a good look at all.

    Surely there has to be some law about criminal charges being settled out of court?
