That 50 Metre penalty is [censored] straight up wrong and obviously gave the pies 6 points. Lindsay doesnt even go close to where the pies player marked it yet apparently the umpire wanted him to stand

He never stood still kept moving backwards.

Disgraceful AFL, fugging terrible officiating.

Simple as that.

Roll the Dice Petty back, Disco forward Van rooyen has been shocking!

He’s worked his backside off and hasn’t had any decent delivery. Jefferson would be crying in his mums arms by now.

They pick 1 out of every 10 of these, but never against Collingwood.

It's like the umpires are looking for ways to give them the advantage

Are these umpires inept or corrupt?

Has to be one or the other.

Maybe it is both.

Who's doing the free kick count on here?

3 to 9 at quarter time

Try 11-4

Or in Picket's!

Can see it now We will play great 3rd quarter lead by 8 points. Them go home

Free kicks aside which have killed us! The going into fwd 50 & ignoring free players continues, Goodwin just can’t coach this out of them or our payers are thickheads!

We can win this!!! Just gotta take our chances, be smarter going i50 and at some point the umpires will get tired, right?

Let’s do it for Neale and also Trac, who must be facing his own demons today revisiting the Pies

This umpiring is doing nothing to dissuade me of the conspiracy theory that the afl rig games.

Players have done well not to lose their cool.

Club needs to make a protest.

I'll chip in for the fine.

He's not allowed to play foward Mr Fence because Petty's doing such a great job and Disco's so valuable propping up our flakey D

Maybe if Fritsch doesn’t fumble or fall over, they have 2 less goals.

we're playing better than them right now, we have a chance

i will refrain from commenting on the umpiring

unfortunately couldnt make it to the game today because of this little guy, hope he lightens the mood a bit

Can't take a contested mark i50 or kick a goal to save themselves.

Only chance you've got is get Petty & Fritsch outta there and leave Kozzy, Turner and Melk down there.

Run the ball in, chamge angles and don't bomb ...and / or mids kick the goals themselves

I love it.

Can you be our forward coach?

You could start in about oh, 10 minutes?

What I want to see this quarter is chances not to be wasted going for goal, someone actually mark it inside 50 & not kick inaccurately

I just wanna give a big shout out to Kade Chandler.

He's like my new Nev Jetta. Pushed and pushed to make this grade.

I really love watching him through traffic with ball in hand. He's a genuine fighter and bloody dependable

Great post Rbmb.

Pies have had a dream run... actually a cheats run from the umpires.

We are definitely still in it.

Need to shake up our forward line.

Let's stick it up these maggots

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
