Fritsch’s kicking, he used to never miss wether it be a set shot or snap. He missed a crucial one in the last qtr last week.

Was that harmes with that short pass? Terrible

how is that not 50

Bad decisions up forward is costing us

Come on Harmsey. Does a scintillating evasive spin then executes a shocking grubber of a kick.

Nice hit from Jackson on Gawn. Great support for Gawn.
What a soft team.

Our foward line pressure is non-existent. We just let Freo take it out way to easily

I don’t understand why we are kicking it high to the hot spot, we have a medium sized forward line, surely keeping it low and direct would be better?!

Gawn and Grundy should smash LJ now

There's the difference in a nutshell - D's bomb it fwd/Dockers lower eyes for a set shot.

Let's see. Jackson sole ruck against Grundy and Gawn now.

We should smash them.

Ask Goody?

The umpiring is horrific.

As bad as our offence.

Because it is Demons.

Umpires are a joke.

They don’t kick to space as there isn’t any. There isn’t any space as the forwards stand still.

  • CASEY: Richmond

The match up of teams competing in our great Aussie game at its second highest level is a rarity for a work day Thursday morning but the blustery conditions that met the players at a windswept Casey Fields was something far more commonplace. They turned the opening stanza between the Casey Demons and a somewhat depleted Richmond VFL into a mess of fumbling unforced errors, spilt marks and wasted opportunities for both sides but they did set up a significant win for the home team which is exactly what transpired on this Anzac Day round opener. Casey opened up strong against the breeze with the first goal to Aidan Johnson, the Tigers quickly responded and the game degenerated into a defensive slog and the teams were level when the first siren sounded.
