A tall Port team on a dry track, better bring our A game

In the words of BT Boy oh Boy oh Boy some money has gone on Port for the upset today.

is joeboy your meaning other

He’s my DL hubby. He whispers sweet nothings, in three words, of course. Such as “you’re not fat” 😁

We'll be good.

Petracca to drive us, with Viney who will get it on a plate from Max.

Rivers and Tomlinson will work well together, as Lever and May do. We will attack off the halfback, connect with Langers and JJ.

Time for Spargo to have plenty of goal assist.

Go Dees

Ive been tipping us to win all through our slump. Maybe that is the problem.

So......... Port by 4 goals.

So much respect for N. Daniher's COURAGE.

Could be sulking at home but stands up and fights like the Champion he is.

Tomo will prove a few wrong today

Yea against other opinions I'm stoked to see Rivers bak.

And May needs to attone.

Edited by leave it to deever

Commentators talking about the lack of wind and how still the trees were, zooms in on said tree and there is clearly a nice breeze blowing through that tree 😂

Yep

Todays result is entirely on the connection between our mids and forwards. [censored] I hope we’ll click into gear and kick a winning score.

it ain’t just going to happen, make it happen Dees

Some nice link-up play. Melks could have done a lot better with his final ball

Fritsch once again being the selfish [censored] that he is.

  • NON-MFC: 2026 Opening Round

Finally the 2026 AFL Premiership Season is upon us. While Melbourne sits out Opening Round, there is still plenty of footy to enjoy with five non-MFC clashes to kick off the new season. It all begins on Thursday night with a blockbuster at the SCG as Sydney hosts Carlton in what should be a strong early test for both sides. On Friday night, Gold Coast gets its chance to open the season in front of a home crowd when the Suns and Christian Petracca take on Geelong at People First Stadium. Saturday features a double-header, starting in the afternoon with Greater Western Sydney and Clayton Oliver meeting the Hawks at Engie Stadium. That is followed on Saturday night by Brisbane Lions hosting the Western Bulldogs at the Gabba, with the Lions embarking on their campaign to win the Threepeat. Opening Round wraps up on Sunday night at the MCG, where St Kilda takes on Collingwood in the only game in town in the first week of the season. There is no shortage of storylines across the round, so discuss all the action from the non-MFC games of Opening Round.
