Not a great start but as long as the Giants can kick the next 11 goals we should be fine ??‍♂️

I blame Joel Smith.

Don't be ridiculous. It's Jack Watts' fault.

Go Orange...

GWS missing some really good chances early, not great signs. ?

You can’t be fit enough to mark it but then hand the ball over???

If that’s the case we should send fritsch off each time he marks in F50

Did he just fake an injury so Hill could take the kick? He looked fine walking off!

And GWS, kick straight you muppets!

Lol no.

Plus side GWS always start slow and are only a kick and a bit behind. Negative they have missed some very gettable chances.

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role.
