Tomorrow, I will be 100% behind Clarko and the Hawks to pull off the upset of the year.

And on Monday, I’ll be going for the Suns to beat the Pies.

Hawks can win for sure, Dogs are hardly world beaters.

There’s also a terrific game coming up on Friday night when GWS Giants play St Kilda at the Gabba where a win to the Giants will mean that we have the opportunity to overtake the Saints if we can beat the Bombers and make up percentage. It could be a nail biting weekend coming up.

Hawthorn is tripe though.

Still, we've seen Adelaide beat GWS and Sydney beat us over the last 10 days, so bad sides can get up to win games.

IMO the bigger danger for the Dogs is Fremantle.

Yeah Hawks have been terrible, they got back McEvoy, O'Meara and Burgyoyne for this game which hopefully helps them a bit.

As you say anything can happen.

Wishful thinking to expect Hawthorn to beat the Bulldogs who are coming off a very benevolent draw which has seen them stay in Queensland for quite a while and with a recent bye, all of which ensures that they have plenty of petroleum in their tank. They have all the incentive to win today and should do it easily against the Hawks who gave up caring a little while ago.

Hogan kicked 4 today. Wish we had someone capable of doing that for us!

I hope we get him back to the club.   Weidemans last few weeks after showing improvement is a real worry and Luke Jackson may not be a key forward.

Need some Clarko genius today

The ideal scenario would be gold coast somehow beating the pies and then port beating them then the pies miss finals and us and the dogs take the final spots.

But as much as I like the dogs it would be so good if the hawks could win today.

Problem is if Hawks beat Dogs we’re in 8 and back in control of our run to finals...

... and we all know what’ll happen next. ?

Sometimes i think the lower sides that have been losing and suddenly start showing some form, are harder to defend against

Crows are on a roll: thrashing Carlton.  That might change but they have a big 5 goal lead!

Glad we played Crows when we did.

Thanks for screwing up my 6 game multi Blues.

And to think some on here thought the Blues had flown past us

We've got our own problems but wouldn't supporting Carlton do your head in. You may as well skip the 1st quarter and watch the game from there. In a positive I've got a head to head bet with my Carlton mate. Dees to finish above Carlton an Fritsch to kick more goals than Betts. It's taken the length of the season but I got there.

Wow the Toyota Camry Crows

”Win a few late, and just miss the 8...”

Jeez the Crows are really doing a number on Carlton right now.

Crows pressure and tackling is elite. If Dees could do that we'd be a way better side. I think we're the 16th ranked pressure side in the comp.

Quick, fly these Crows back to the Adelaide Oval.

The dominant storyline coming out of Round One for Saturday Night’s clash at Optus Stadium centres on the influence of the big men. The spotlight naturally falls on two elite ruckmen who, five years ago, shared the stage in Melbourne’s memorable premiership triumph.

The compromised AFL fixture will get another test this week with the first lot of teams getting a bye after only two matches.
