Lord Travis 10,819 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 [censored] abysmal. How long must we wait to support an average team, let alone a good one? 3 1 Quote

leave it to deever 17,621 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 Players didnt look suitably gutted enough for mine. Unlike the suppporters. 8 Quote
rufus 1,162 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 That was easily the softest physical display by any team this year...and possibly other than some of our own performances it may have been one of the softest across the league for the last 5 years. Beaten physically and no f*&ks given. Multiple players $hat themselves at the physical contact and flicked the ball away. An absolutely disgusting performance by every single player who took the field tonight. 13 2 Quote
Watts the matter 1,235 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 (edited) Well done Steven May. Beat Dixon easily. Shame not another player on the field beat their opponent. Edited July 30, 2020 by Watts the matter 6 1 Quote
Hellaintabadplacetobe 4,335 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 Goodwin is the only person in Australia grateful for Covid 19. It's saved his career. 5 Quote

Forest Demon 4,681 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 Dogs breakfast. Nobody had a half decent game. After some good signs, that hurts big time. 1 Quote
Robot Devil 1,895 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 I can feel that numb, dead feeling circa Neeld era starting to wash over me. I just don’t care anymore. 9 1 Quote
Red But Mostly Blue 4,632 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 (edited) Hot garbage. Even if the boys were tired. And that's a big IF, because it's clear that the guys couldn't be arsed tonight, I just want to toy with the hypothetical. Why the dumb football? And the complete lack of heart? And the lack of any semblance of a gameplan? (does fatigue affect the coach?). Edited July 30, 2020 by RedButMostlyBlue 1 1 Quote
Gator 18,055 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 We're channeling the 1970s when I was a (depressed) kid. They're confused and without a decent system. It's a mess. 3 1 Quote

Deefensive Language 129 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 Our back six - Lever, May, OMac, Hibbo, Lockhart, Harmes had 4 tackles between them. Don't understand how that's possible from a backline in a professional highly paid sport? 1 1 Quote
Dr. Gonzo 24,468 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 Laziness is the key thing I take from today's game. Goodwin should be giving the whole squad a massive rocket for just being plain lazy from the first bounce. Petracca seemed to be trying but couldn't get anything to work. Sparrow had a go, Lockhart tried. Hibberd and Lever seemed to be trying but were caught out too often. Pickett and Jackson excused for their inexoerience. The rest of them can get [censored]. 4 Quote
DeeZee 7,496 Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 I truly wish I never got into footy as a youngster, I really could’ve done without the misery this club has put me through over the years 20 1 Quote
