Last game of the VFL home and away season and Casey must win to stay in the VFL top four. The big names are back but if you believe in the positioning of the players in the selected sides, then you probably also believe in the tooth fairy.

With 5 Changes for the Roos and some list management on there part going into the last round.  Only 6 listed Kangaroos Players for Werribee on Saturday, of the 6 players only 2 have played AFL for a combined 6 AFL games.  Very young and inexperienced team with Casey going in with one of their strongest of the year,  should be a big win for Casey to extend there home record,

Casey can secure a top 4 spot with a win while Werribee still a chance for 8th spot just sitting outside the 8 on percentage..

And with North Melbourne and Werribee parting ways at the end of the season, I would imagine the care factor from the Roos about Werribee playing in the finals would be just about zero.

A very strong Casey lineup, going against a depleted Werribee/North list, at home.

This could get very ugly for the visitors

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
