Put N Jones, Bail, ANB, Mitchie, Harmes and Brayshaw (he looks knackered) in the Hawks team and I bet they will drop off a heap - reality!!!!List wise we are a mile behind the bulldogs at the moment. Over the last few years they have scored big time with the draft and father/son. Our guys are young and hopefully will develop ok. The work Macca did at the bulldogs is underrated and hopefully he can help develop the kids to play at a high level.

Probably should make a play for FA Stanton to shore up the midfield and give the young mids a bit more time to develop - will also allow us to use our 1st rounder in the draft.

Getting hold of an experienced mid was really highlighted yesterday.

sure mcdonald had high possessions but if he had half as many it would mean the ball only went into their forward fifty half as many times,it starts in the center

Don't do it man, life's too short.

My TV must have voice command, It switched to a channel showing lewd acts. The more I shouted the the more lewd it became. I think it has spent the day fornicating with the Foxtel iQ

Sure, voice command. Is that the excuse you told the missus when she caught you doing a BBO.

Edit:-fix typo - mutually contenting adults - can't believe I typed that.

Garlett comment if true very uncharacteristic. Jeffy has put immense pressure on defenders with his chasing, pace and tackling all season. A lot disagree with you over Watts. He played very well.

Garlett returned to old habits at Carlton. He looked defeated and I don't feel like he wanted to be there. Like many others.

Watts' game was solid, not bad, not good. Colossal brain fades leading directly to goals for them should be past him now. He is better than that. "Just another game".

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
