The Club is pathetic. I have valuable information regarding Adam Tomlinson. I emailed the football club suggesting that someone from the football department call me.

Still waiting.

Hopeless.

Call the club.

On Grimes, I disagree. He's a turnover king, is slow, hand passes to players who are in imminent danger of being tackled, can't kick, and can't make quick correct decisions.

In respect to the clean out, suspect this may be close to the mark.

Would Andrew Moore from Port Adelaide be worth a look. 189 and quick? Cant get past Gray , Wingard, Hartlett and co. but has done well in the SANFL. Also a Melbourne supporter as a kid I believe.

Would be a decent pick up. Good size and can play a role off a flank or in midfield. Was a Melbourne supporter.

have advocated the recruiting of moore for four seasons now, not gonna stop now.

perfect size for a modern mid, has got over his niggles, is a lovely dude, and supported us growing up.

somewhat little known fact; was the dude who broke blease's leg at school.

I don't see Moore as being a lot more than a good depth player, but huge upgrade on some of the spuds we have at the minute.

I saw this in an AFL article: 'Eade said the club would focus on picking up the best available talent in the upcoming draft, while it would use the trade period to boost its playing stocks in the 22 to 27-year-old age bracket.'

Suns appear to be losing Dixon so will need a 'tall'...could it be that Watts and Howe are heading towards the sun. Maybe in return for a player eg Prestia, O'Meera, Bennell?

In an ideal world we get to keep our 1st round pick.

kama says we must get him. sort of poetic justice.

slightly better than that I think, in a club with super strong midfield... & at a time when rotations are being started to be reducuced.

with the directionless types of issues they've had up there, adolescents running amok.

I'd say from us, they'd be interested in some from this list, to settle that club down... > Grimes, Dunn, Fitzpatrick, Dawes, Spencer, Watts, Howe,

Champion of the game.

Can be a solid player, as he was today.

Calling him a 'champion of the game' epitomises the bipolar attitude of Demonland.

Thought he was incredibly ordinary for the first half. Worked himself into the game after half time, but was so-so for mine. Calling him a champion of the game is beyond laughable.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there a limit on years as a rookie? I think Max K has had 2 years already?

I might be mistaken, but I think Max King is from Qld and eligible for a third year like Spencer was.

Hes from Wagga..

    HIGHLIGHTS/LOWLIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Melbourne traveled across the continent to take on the Fremantle Dockers in sweltering conditions at Mandurah south of Perth in a game that delivered the club both its highlight and its lowlight in the first minute.  But first, let’s start by doing away with the usual cliches used in connection with the game. It was just a practice match and the result didn’t matter. Bad kicking is bad football. The game was played in severe heat, the swirly breeze played havoc with both teams resulting in

A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers headed down to Gosch's Paddock to bring you their observations from today's training session before the Demons head off to Perth for their final Practice Match. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Beautiful morning, not much wind, more than a couple of dozen spectators.  The players were up and about, boisterous and having fun. One of their last drills were three teams competing in a hard at it, handball game in a small area. Goody

THE ACCIDENTAL DEMONS by The Oracle

In the space of eight days, the Melbourne Football Club’s plans for the coming year were turned upside down by two season-ending injuries to players who were contending strongly for places in its opening round match against the GWS Giants. Shane McAdam was first player to go down with injury when he ruptured an Achilles tendon at Friday afternoon training, a week before the cut-off date for the AFL’s pre-season supplemental selection period (“SSP”). McAdam was beginning to get some real mom
