2 have been his fault but the other 2 he got sold into.

Correct...and one was because Dunn decided to switch the ball using his left foot. Really dumb, this is what I keep telling some who keep talking about players not kicking on non preferred. You don't use it, you always go to your preferred foot. Unless it is a get our of trouble kick, you don't make the play with it, not playing the %'s.

A couple of goals to Melbourne so we better even up with a crap free kick to Adelaide which subsequently takes in a goal.

Why didn't anyone tackle Ratten?

As that ball was coming in Dunn heard footsteps, terrible.

dunn needs his hearing blocked, its been a distraction since his first game.

I haven't seen much of the game, but there's a real problem when Rodan, subbed off at quarter time, still has more touches than Howe, Tapscott and Pedersen.

Howe is far too lazy. If we were half decent we'd drop him.

Tapscott is just purely useless.

So many [censored] footballers we have!! Dunn FFS he should of put the ball 10 rows back

Umpiring horrible again. I feel sorry for our blokes most having to put up with the BS free kicks paid against them.

What was wrong with the Toumpas handball?

19 - 8 another goal directly following a free kick.

Why, why why, in Gods name when we receive the ball and we are metres in the clear, do we hold on to it and wait for someone to come and tackle us, eventually turning it over?

Posted

Howe has played deep today so don't read into his or Tappy's possessions too much.

Currently at MONA in Tassie, just checked in here to see how our boys are doing. By the look of the comments I'm glad I chose to explore the gallery (for the 7th time) with my lady as opposed to watching the game.

Toumpas has had a few disposals by the stats, as has Watts, they going ok?

Because there is no one free upfield. If they kicked out we'd say "why do we bomb it long to no one?"

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
