Can only suggest you pop down to Target or somewhere and grab yourself a sense of humour there crawf. If you cant laugh at yourslef ( even by proxy ) then at what ?

Dont find it offensive at all....poignant yes

No I refuse to laugh at this rabble of a team and refuse to find it funny in any way. I refuse to cop the crap any more. That's the trouble with this club, we think it's just a game. FMD, it's much more important than that!

"It's just footy"??? We'll have to agree to disagree B59. It used to be like that once, but now, I need to see some success. I've invested too much of my life in supporting this club and now I'm demanding more.

It's certainly more important than anything Abbott and Rudd have got to say. It's far more important than the last royal brat being born. It's even more important than who's going to win Masterchef!

The older I get the more important seeing MFC get some success is becoming.

I'm optimistic as always - I refuse to become complacent and laugh at our situation. NO! NO! NO!

Come on Crawf.......Family, friends, Children, Work????.....Much more important than a game of footy on the weekend.......We all love our footy club and want them to win everyweek but Geez man....There is always next week or next year or next something....You have to have a laugh now and then or you end up with depression

I know you are the most optimistic here on DL.......Chin up...

Haha...is this post tongue in cheek? It's more important than the running of the country?

Don't ever confuse the humour we take in the club's situation with complacency. Speaking personally, humour is the only thing that has kept me going at times as a supporter.

"Family, friends, Children, Work." It's about time all of the above were allowed to stop suffering because of MFC's constant failure. I'd like nothing better than to devote some quality time to all of them but it's hard during the season. I'll make it up when the cricket's on. I hope my boss can wait until then for some productive work.

The running of the country makes me angrier than the MFC does. I choose to ignore it completely. I would vote for Pol Pot, if he were available, rather than the two morons currently contesting and making a mockery of the highest office in the land.

Tongue in cheek? Could be...

It's my balance? I thought it was my horizontal hold that was out of whack. Does talking about 'horizontal hold' show my age? Does anybody know what that means anymore?

Don't worry B59, I'm okay. there is a sense of humour bubbling away in here somewhere. It just gets a bit obtuse sometimes.

Do we really need this sort of crap. Not even funny. As a supporter I find it offensive that another supporter would bother giving this oxygen.

Seriously? 2013 has brought nothing but depression, frustration, anger etc... Someone creates a vent for a bit of laughter and you want to admonish them? If we cant laugh we really have nothing left...

Embarassingly amateurish.......just like us really . The sort of thing that pops up on ch.31 at a late hour .

Tequila Bombers: lick, sip, shoot up.

hahaha, can't wait for that one.

Oh, & by the way, the sooner the AFL reduces rotations back, the sooner clubs will start playing real footy & the sooner the VFL teams will start playing to win,, instead of lose, playing to game plans... this I think is the next chapter in this losinG video story...

the killing of footy mighty mcghee...

The reality is we are a laughing stock. Sometimes the comedy is all that keeps us supporting and stops us from pushing an old lady off the train platform onto the tracks or punching a baby.

This said, I will do whatever I can to support the club in turning our fortunes around because we as supporters want Melbourne to earn back respect and become the powerhouse we should be.

It's a shame that Downfall is best known for the parody videos. Sensational movie.

Sorry mate but we are MFC supporters here not Collingwood!

Sad thing is if the club didn't provide the ammo, these blokes would stop firing the bullets. You don't see YouTube videos mocking the Swans do you? I remember Fast Forward used to make comedy skits about them. Start winning and the skits end. Until then, suck it up crawf!
