Viney in moonboot

Can you play in a moonboot?

I'd take Viney in a moonboot ahead of a few others.

Whatever happens Jack don't put any type of ointment on it

Please!

Or a balm. Don't put any kind of balm on either. Those things are unpredictable

we love our moonboots

If Vlad had his way, wed be playing there.....

+1. Got mine last Thursday. Broken navicular. Wearing it for next 6 weeks. They don't come in club colours (I asked!), just plain black. Can't really say I love it, but I hope it works.

Hope you make a complete recovery mate. Best wishes.

Demon shop has them in stock. We should all pick one up and turn up this week.

Haha, go home mate you're drunk

Actually he is not, except I put my sentiments a bit more clearly, totally agree with the opinion on some who post on here who claim to be "supporters", and now let's feel sorry for ourselves again, Viney is in a moonboot boo hoo", I know some of the posts are tongue in cheek but some others are frighteningly real

Jaded what can you do to get these MFC colourd moonboots on the market???

All of our Jacks have missed games this year and several will have missed a large part of the season by the end of it.

And people wonder why we're "jacked-off"!! LOL

I almost had a seizure trying to read this... its like the Unibomber Manifesto

JV better off playing out the rest of the year at Casey and then a another tough pre season under his belt. In 2014 he will have some better midfielders around him once Paul Roos is in charge.

Both Jack and Jimmy need more time at Casey instead of being crucified in Neelds plans.

Why would we not give him AFL experience if he deserves it?

I'm all over it, right after I make MFC coloured knee braces. I had to wear a red and black one for almost two months. Worst. Two months. Ever.

I'd put him to pasture for 2 months, make sure it's right and bring couchy in.

Hate to see JV have on going issues, side effects ala JT

  • PREVIEW: St. Kilda

It seems like only yesterday that these two sides faced off against each other in the centre of the continent. It was when Melbourne was experiencing a rare period of success with five wins from its previous six matches including victories over both of last year’s grand finalists.  Well, it wasn’t yesterday but it was early last month and it remains etched clearly in the memory. The Saints were going through a slump and the predicted outcome of their encounter at TIO Traeger Park was a virtual no-brainer. A Melbourne victory and another step closer to a possible rise into finals contention. Something that was unthinkable after opening the season with five straight defeats.

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.
