Anyone know how to accomplish this? When I go to Ticketmaster and hit buy tickets, it asks for my AFL members barcode, which I don't have???

It's in the microchip at the back of your neck.

If you haven't had it installed you will be fined.

Do you intend to turn up at 6.44?.....the gate has never been a problem if you go to the windows at the end of Spencer St concourse, would be very surprised if 10000 was max attendance on Friday........

still easier on foxtel Satriconhome and you don't have to pay a kings ransom for a beer and a cold pie

PS I reckon 8000 tigers, 1500 roos and 500 dees

Well for one I'd like to know the price of tickets. And I'd like to know now, not when I turn up at the gate...

Knowing Etihad the tickets will be about $20 for an adult on Level 1 and 3 and some ridiculous amount for Level 2, don't drink and have dinner at a cheap and cheerful before the game.........I am spoilt...live 15 mins from the G and work 5 mins from Etihad

5 minutes from Etihad. Lucky you.

I'm hopeful that Etihad management have fixed those damaged seats on level one from those pleasant Soccer hooligans. The last thing I want is going home with plastic shard splinters in my lemon & sars.

They are $21

Plus the $6 handling fee which is a rort considering you print your own ticket and they never handle it.

PS - If you are struggling to find something just whack it in google, found it in 2 seconds.

Thanks.

Read the OP, I was on the page you've linked to before opening the thread, it's diverting me to an AFL members login.

Because the first ticket listed is for NAB cup Rich/Melb/NM AFL Members so it will ask you for your AFL members details.

The second ticket listed is NAB cup etc GENERAL ADMIT. Click on that one and you'll be right to go. Although you might still need a ticketmaster login for whatever reason.

I presume we can't get in with memberships- Can anyone confirm this?

I'll just get a G.A ticket if not, though from what I saw they cost more than a regular season game..absurdly

Can't get in with membership, need to by a ticket. See you all at the game.

See you all too. It's a shame you can't get in with your memberships as it'd draw more people and you only see your team play for about 85 minutes anyway

Never understand those who prefer to watch a Dees game on TV when they can go to the game. Obviously some have family commmitments and for some cost can be a factor but where those don't apply je ne comprehende pas!

THE PLAYERS CANT HEAR YOU IF YOU ARE IN YOUR LOUNGEROOM.

It is an utter disgrace that you cannot get in with your membership. If they want fans to go to the NAB Cup, this should be a given. Luckily I'm still a concession so the prices aren't too hefty for me. But still, thats a couple of beers I can't have!

Not as happy but probably better off.

I definately prefer to be at a game rather than watch on TV but sometimes you just cannot get there.

Always wondered about that "THE PLAYERS CANT HEAR YOU IF YOU ARE IN YOUR LOUNGEROOM"

So I asked a player last season and he told me mostly it is just back ground noise and you don't take a lot of notice.

To busy concentrating on doing your assigned tasks.

Said he had never played in finals so he had no idea about those games but season games it had very little effect on him.

Take it for what it is worth!

My fiance is really 'excited' about the upcoming season and is interested to know who will get the "MORRRTTTOONNN you spud" call at the game/TV....

It is the season of optimism, hope and potential. At this stage I see NO MFC players fitting that bill.......

If you think that players can't hear what is being said/shouted/hurled etc, watch the reactions of some players when they get near the boundary and particularly if they do something really good......they can hear

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round.
