  1. I think Pedersen was drafted to play straight up. Maybe this has thrown a spanner in the works. Will probably be judged in the game against St.Kilda more, and if he impresses then he will be a lock for round one. Great game by him today and really happy he had some success!
  2. He is the best tagger we have so he stays in the team. Also haven't seen much mention of his tackling. Clearly leads our team in tackling, putting that pressure on so the other mids can get the ball. He's disposal needs work but I think he does enough and works hard enough to warrant a spot.
  3. Wouldn't mind a crumbing small forward to be at the feet of the big guys we now have up there. I hope we don't end up being too tall (Clark, Dawes, Hogan, Pedersen...) So in that list, not a lot standing out for that role. LeCras maybe, but he plays tall, more of a lead up. Wouldn't mind Eddie Betts who will be a free agents but highly doubt he will leave Carlton.
  4. Haven't seen anyone mention 'Life on Mars'. Brilliant UK crime/sci-fi. Had me absolutely hooked. Make sure you watch the UK one, because the yanks (as they seem to always do) ruin the show.
  5. Absolutely love Donald Glover and Community for that matter. The new season is losing its touch a little but still great. Very strong British theme here, which I appreciate. Love a little Black Books, Fawlty Towers, Keeping Up Appearances and The Young Ones. Seinfeld is still probably my favourite comedy though. So clever in every way.
  6. It is an utter disgrace that you cannot get in with your membership. If they want fans to go to the NAB Cup, this should be a given. Luckily I'm still a concession so the prices aren't too hefty for me. But still, thats a couple of beers I can't have!
  7. The likes of Tynan and Taggert will play against PA I would say. Really excited to see the new recruits and also how the midfield shapes up. Clearly it was a weak spot last year and from what I've seen and heard, they have been working extra hard on stoppage plays. Against classy midfielders, hope the new look Dees can shape up against them.
  8. What about Davey as sub option? Has the skills to spot up a forward, still has pace (not what it once was obviously) and could provide some real energy in the forward line in the latter stages of a game.
