1. Umpires to wear white - or at least not what we are wearing

2. Hughes to kick five and we win

3. Jamar BOG

Naitanui only looks good against teams with no ruck stocks. The Russian will show him how it's done on Saturday. Don't let the guy take a running leap at anything and he's useless

Jamar to take it up to Natanui physically for the whole night

1. Warnock to kick a goal

2. Col Sylvia to run into goal post, snap it off, then catch it on the way down to save it from crushing an inattentive police officer on the boundary line.

3. John Worsfold to pull on his white chemist coat at the end of the match and say 'I've had enough. It's back to selling cough drops for me. Oh, and Melbourne are the real deal.'

1 Jack Watts...in the ruck against Naitanui for the first bounce

2 Sylvia, Green, Hughes, Watts & Bate all to kick multiples

3 The Demons in the top 8 at the end of the round

I would like to see the following:

1) Nik Nat to get dominated by the Russian

2) Commentators to learn our players names

3) A WIN for the Red & Blue

4: Trengove will top 30 touches this week. They seem to alternate their big weeks.

I reckon that they are both so competetive. Given that Tom had a blinder, Jack will be going all out this week to outdo him. Prob what Scully was thinking the week before. But how much more can they both lift

also: Understand all the talk about NicNat, but they do have another ruckman. He is pretty good to last time I checked. Jamar will need to have a big day.

Sorry to get off the topic- I want to see a minimum 10 goal win and Hughes to bag 8 goals. Sunday morning paper reads: "Where has this boy been"

Spoke to Chris Connolly Yesterday. He said Watts will come in this week. I'm guessing for Paul Johnson, although he might stay in because of the Cox/Nic Nat factor. however we've been doing better with just Jamar.

I'd like to see 1)- Danny Hughes be kept in the side and see him play well on a dry day

2) Lynden Dunn kick a few goals

3) Aaron Davey kick the ball more than 8 metres

I hope for Jack' sake that he does well or he will be feeling it in the media with the comparisons to Nic Nat. It is a big ask for a inexperienced player and I don't think the team need to be also trying to protect Jack other than winning the game. I would prefer to see him play the game after.

Dees starting with intensity and getting the first couple of goals on the board. Never playing catch-up footy ever again!

Thats exactly what we want. Well said.

Go Dees Attack

If Watts plays the crowd will be over 50k especially with Naitanui on the ground as well

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
