I was there with my daughter, my son is OS.

I hate the dump with a passion, but my passion for the dees won.

I went along. Sat in the "posh" seats on the second level (nowhere near as good as the mezzanine section of the MCC) and quite enjoyed the game. There were a good few MFC supporters sitting near in my vicinity so we cheered with much gusto (especially those frees we received in our backline).

I was there with my two cousins from overseas. Ideally would have liked a better performance and first impression by our guys, but my cousins did enjoy the game and atmosphere. I actually thought the crowd was decent considering it was 1st vs 16th, and both clubs are at the lower end of the membership market.

Got there at half-time because of work.

God I hate Telstra Dome (and backwards Doggie supporters)

I was there. Very poor turnout from Demons fans but the Bulldogs aren't exactly suffering from population explosion either.

Enjoyed the game, we are having a crack pretty much very week now - that's good enough for me to turn up.

Prefer the G bit it's still a game of footy isn't it?

The 'G might be a huge stadium that hosts many events, but when you attend games it's still like you're at the footy.

Recently someone described TD as a big television studio, which I felt was apt.

No mention from Y_M

The ankles Country Member obviously could not leave his Club X cleaners job to get to the game.

He needed to keep his hand in there!!!

You need to learn to 'get your hand off it'...

I was there, about eight rows back in the cheer squad, 3.5 meters between each goalpost, as I am at every game. I reckon I was the loudest there, and it's a shame. I'm sitting in the cheer squad, so I would hope all the guys and girls around me would be at least as loud as me. I mean, at one stage I heard a group of Doggies supporters admonishing us as "the Silent Cheer Squad." But that's okay, each to his own.

I was there, surrounded by Dogs fans.

Telstra Dome is a horrid place, colder than a morgue and with about as much atmosphere too.

It is a bit like Mars.

I was there along with Prodigal Son + 3 others...Level 2 Aisle 43.

As for BT's comments...well what does he expect, its an away game so most of us are shelling out a not inconsiderable amount of money [over and above our standard membership], on a Sunday, against a side thats expected to [censored] us senseless. Thats not a brilliantly compelling entertainment offering.

Well done to other Demon fans who were masochistic enough to attend.

I actually thought there was a decent number of Dees supporters at the game yesterday.

It sh*ts me though when you have moron Doggies fans call up the radio and blame the bad crowd on our fans. You are 2nd on the ladder, and it's your home game, you should be able to get 30,00 of your own supporters there yourselves.

I was there. Level 1.

I thought there was more Dees fans there, than at the Richmond game at the Dome. That was embarrassing.

Nothing worse than a Moron Doggy Fan.

I was also on level 1. Talking of the Richmond game, I thought there were far less people there that day.

The area around me was quite full versus WB, and level 3 on the opposite side of the ground looked like it had a decent number of people.

However, I think the reported crowd figures were similar.

I was there and it was a pretty poor turnout.

I think though, i was on level 3 in the middle of bulldogs supporters with one melbourne 'supporter' behind us.

We had to move at quarter time. For the whole first quarter i couldn't watch the game as all i could hear behind me was this moron yelling 'Dog [censored]' 'Send them to the RSPCA, the RSPCA they're dogs'. 'Dog [censored]' 'Dog [censored]' "They're dogs, put them down' Over and over and over and over and over waiting for a reaction but never got one.

The sterotype of the bulldogs being moronic ferals may shift to us if more people like him keep wearing our colors.

It might have been the fact that we only kicked 1 goal, but that first quarter sitting in front of that fool was the worst 30 minutes of my life.

At least he wasn't with you :D

And the point of this thread is???

To ask how many people here were actually at the game. I'd have thought that was pretty obvious.

I promised myself I wouldnt reply to this thread until the biggest [censored] bag in the universe commented about me.

And sure enough, he couldnt help himself.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
