The best thing will be the whinging about Elliott not getting a free. It will be as delicious as the Wayne Harmes memory.

Gotta hand it to Brisbane. They were a total basket throughout the 2010s but over the last five years I'd say they've been the benchmark side.

And they call JDG a 'big game player.' Big lol. Has gone missing big time today.

Just makes the whole thing sweeter

Are the Pies fans chanting USA coz they want Cox deported back to the USA?

Coz same!

So they have a 20 year old (Morris) and a 19 year old (Gallop) to spearhead their fwd line for the next 10 years.

A bit jealous. To be honest.

SUCK ON THAT PIES!!!

you deserve to suffer

That should have been a free kick to Elliot imo which made it even better. I have never laughed so hard watching the ferals react.

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.
