The big issue is he’s done the easy part of the rehab - sitting around doing non or low weight bearing stuff. The next month as he builds back up to full loads is the time where things could be really straightforward or face set backs. Quote

titan_uranus 25,255 Posted yesterday at 00:04 Posted yesterday at 00:04 Cal Twomey says Culley’s out for 4-6 with bone stress in his foot (can’t embed the Tweet). Is this new or has the club already announced this and I missed it? Quote

Was suggested the moonboot was a precaution. 1 Quote
hardtack 11,106 Posted yesterday at 00:19 Posted yesterday at 00:19 Given that Spargo played in Saturday’s match simulation, and assuming he pulled up ok (does anyone know?), why would he still be listed as TBC on that injury list? Surely if he’s now in full training, they must have some idea of a time frame. 5 Quote

FarNorthernD 5,863 Posted yesterday at 01:09 Posted yesterday at 01:09 While there is ‘only’ 3 players on the list who would be considered top 23 players - Pickett, McVee and Tholstrup - we have roughly a quarter of our list (10) who are unavailable for Rnd 1. That’s not ideal. 2 Quote
Ghostwriter 5,457 Posted yesterday at 02:11 Posted yesterday at 02:11 Poor Jai. Turns out it wasn’t a minor foot thing after all 🙁 6 Quote

He also said they’d only just put him in the moonboot that morning but it was only precautionary. He’d be gutted 🙁 1 2 Quote

I wore them in my football boots as another level of protection against having any bone stress in my feet. However, I am sure Selwyn Griffith and the Demons medical team know alot more than I do.
