37 possessions, 18 marks.... 2 of which are the best, most courageous marks you are ever likely to see.

Supporters who call Brad Green soft should go stand in front of the mirror and punch themselves in the head... let's see how tough you are!

If, week in /week out, Greeny can find a happy medium between what we witnessed today and what we have come to expect (given his undoubted talent), he may well catapult himself into the 'bracket of the elite'.

37 with 18 marks

he should be given a gold sphincter!

LMFAO. Call of the day. I might put that quote in my signature.

From a practical point of view he'd be better off with his current unit.

wasn't just the stats that made green look great yesterday, but the hard tackles and courageous marks. would have shut up a few posters on this site saying he was soft last week

I was at the aftermatch function when Brad Green was up on the podium and said that. There were kids all around us who obviously had no idea what he had just said,

but me and my mates (who had had a few sherberts by then) were rolling around with laughter after the initial 'Did he just say what I thought he did?' pause...

I thought Ricky Petterd and Nathan Jones both came across fairly well at this function too, more of them please, Melbourne!

Gold! Comment of the year when green was asked how he was feeling in the last quarter....

Not a bad game either.....

Maybe I am slow, or maybe it is the alcohol from last night but what does he mean exactly?

There was post match question about whether he was feeling a bit nervous in the last quarter with some rythming slang about the potential for leakage to which Greeny answered "there was tightening of the sphincter" (that's how I heard it anyway) was very funny.

So at some point in the last quarter he needed to go to the dunny?

Is that right, or am I struggling that bad?

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
