Gee imagine having the luxury of getting a father/son like Sam Darcy.

And the benefit of JUH while we got absolutely robbed.

Teams like Pies, Lions and Doggies would be nothing if it wasn’t for these draft concessions.

Will Day out for the rest of the season will hurt them in the finals. He’s their most important player.

GWS has a system of winning novelty prizes liked a rigged game show and taking the spares to Cash Converters.

Gold Coast has had the greatest concessions of all and they are still somehow not getting things going.

Sydney also - not top 4, probably not even top 8, without their massive dodgy draft perks.

How long is Yze’s contract?

And how much would he have to pay back to get out of it?

If they could hit a handball target, and stop fumbling, it might be a game. But even the Blues are looking bog-ordinary.

Which demonlander is going to first call it for the blues. And the end of the Pies?

Me.!

Fascinating approach to next Friday night.

Life as a Freo supporter must be great for Perth Physiologists. Thought they would be a threat this season.

Enjoying the intensity and team work of the Blues in the first 2 quarters, probably the best they have played for 2 months. Who are these Curnow, McKay, Saad, De Koning guys people were talking about? 😁

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
