Agree on both, but it seems that Rosas will either be at Sydney or Richmond.

I am sure if we offer Mally a role he would come over

HF - Fritsch, van Rooyen, Melksham

F - Pickett, Petty, Rosas Jnr

I wonder if Hipwood is looking for a new home. Can't see him getting back into the Lions forward line unless there's injuries.

Collingwood perhaps?

Jobe Shanahan should be an absolute priority…

Signed a contract extension until 2028 only a month ago.

My settings block GIFs (they're really annoying) so I didn't get the full context of your post. As you were, then.

What

I use gifs expertly. You are missing out, mate.

Yes there are some on here that use gifs like my 71 year old mother but block the user not the gifs…

I'd have Rachele as my number one target.

I'd like him but Flanders is definitely number 1 of the linked players for me.

signed with the crom til the end of 2029

there's no way that they will let him go, i don't reckon - he's presumed growth trajectory would make him integral to them not going out in straight sets in another finals campaign

Who knows, but we really need to move Petracca on. Good to keep cards close to chest and not reveal anything to maximise return but make this happen.

I was in the keep Petracca trade Oliver camp until recently but I'm totally the other way now after..

Flanders this year…!

Butter next…!

Dees need ball users by foot.

Ken Hinkley was assistant coach whilst Steven King played at Geelong. That link has me thinking the Dees are a chance to reunite the two. Therefore, making us an attractive destination for Butters.

Well Ugle-Hagen is officially in the room. What room and whose I've no idea

A large question remark hangs over Jamarra Ugle-Hagan's head when it comes to the troubled Bulldogs' future, but leading AFL agent Paul Connors believes he can become another Jesse Hogan.

Would be a real culture killer at any club. Issues go well beyond mental health.

Will definitely need to win his spot back with Allen coming in.

Gallop looked mighty impressive last night as well.

We’d have to have a very impressive season next year to have even the slightest chance at Butters coming to us.. even if Hinkley was with us. I reckon Butters does one more year at Port then leaves

14 and Rachele or 14 and their F1 to GC for Flanders.

So did Petracca

We should be targeting Lions players. No way they can deal with the salary cap with so many senior stars and young guns.

And no, I don’t mean the next Harry Sharp

They are missing 7 best 25 players and still put out an amazing team.

Doedee, Bailey, Wilmot types. No idea of the chances with these 3 but someone has to be pushed out

One of Hipwood or Ty Gallop may be surplus to needs once Oscar Allen comes in

If even Geelong won’t touch Jamara and hollands but they wanted smith and Clarry it probably tells you all you need to know

Geelong is paying a heavy price with Smith. It’s working well on field, but it’s taking a heavy load off it.

No way they’d consider JUH

Not to mention Stengle.

  • AFLW REPORT: Gold Coast

The forecast said wind. The ladder said mismatch. The scoreboard said obliteration. Melbourne didn’t just beat Gold Coast — they dismantled them: 13.15 (93) to 0.6 (6). An 87-point obliteration, the Suns held goalless, and the Demons delivering their second-highest winning margin and third-highest score in AFLW history.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: #28 Will Verrall

It was a tough ask for him to break through as a 199cm ruckman in the shadow of an all-time great in that position who is also the club captain. He had some good days at Casey but was unable to progress and was delisted at the end of the season.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: #29 Tom Campbell

The 33-year-old Campbell has yet to play AFL football for Melbourne, but his Casey form has been strong and he has been retained as a ready-made ruck depth option who is widely regarded as someone who is excellent for the culture of the club.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: #30 Harry Sharp

The Demons acquired an interesting player in Sharp, who narrowly missed securing a spot in the Lions’ premiership team last year. The 22-year-old medium forward played in the opening round this season and ended up with 18 senior games, although he was substituted in or out in for ten of those matches. He demonstrated glimpses of form, but ultimately ended the year on the margins of the team.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: #31 Bayley Fritsch

Worked his way back after a slow start and a further slump in form going into the midseason but became a solid contributor for the club in the latter half of 2025. Closing in on 300 goals for the club.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Gold Coast

On Friday, the Demons return to our Casey Fields fortress where they have a 77% win rate. The scent of September is in the air and the struggling Suns are on the horizon. The Cranbourne weather forecast? Ominous, like the match itself: a strong chance of carnage. Let’s be honest, last week’s first half against the West Coast was a training drill but we dropped our guard in the final quarter. While this match is a mismatch on paper — second versus seventeenth — football is won in the wind, the contests, and the moments.
