We should be in front.

No we shouldn’t, if defence counts for anything.

JJ showing why he’ll play for essendon next year.

His brain seems to work slower or something.

Harmes is such an ordinary footballer these days

0 frees to Dees. Umps doing their part and our goal kicking doing the rest.

Not sure why Harmes is in the side unless he has a special job ie tagging someone. If he has a tagging job he is not doing it. I also don't believe The Tigers can play four quarters.

ANB, Harmes and Jordon are dead set killing us with their turnovers and inability to be reactive.

Jordon especially needs a dead set rocket

Oh, i so agree

Harmes just killing us. Hasn’t had an effective disposal and missed two sitters. Surely this is his last game

Harmes radar way off. Can’t afford to miss gilt edged opportunities like those

Harms going at 28%

ANB going at 42%

Petracca missing easy shots

JJ slow

Its just the same old

Agree with all pionts Hunter, Langdon? UNSIGHTED BRAYSHAW UNSIGHTED

Edited by picket fence

We are definitely playing more through the corridor today, Richmond is one of a few sides I wouldn't be doing this against, so poor coaching and Goodwin needs to change it up a little or they'll hurt us on turnovers. Not sure why we want that gameplan today. Tigers' forward entries are the standard we should be aiming for.

Close fast game… but we’re missing v gettable goals. Trac looks tired.

When Harms takes a shot from right in front the odds are:

90% behind

5% out on the full

5% goal

Can't get the game on WatchAfl here in the United States👺.l!!!   Saints game showed fine, not our game. Anyone here notice that, or is it just mine?  Ty

Yep same here in Toulouse. Started working at end of the quarter.

The questions to some of these players is simple. "Do you want to be here?" We have some guys absolutely torching momentum right now and not playing with any urgency and if they aren't doing that they are missing relatively easy shots from directly in front.

Again I ask, do you want to be in this team? Your spot is at stake and if you don't want it there is someone that will.

Delist Harmes! Unforgivable to miss those 2 shots.

Demonland podcast about to spend 30 minutes defending ANB and Jordon.

Arrogant to not play Hibbo.
Harmes has to tag Dusty. Why is he in the side otherwise?

Have a look at our first goal and see who started the play.

That’s really poor by Harmes, has put himself into a good position & to miss from directly in front twice is not good enough, every possie he’s had has been a turnover

Give Dunstan a go we’ve seen enough

  • REPORT: Western Bulldogs

The next coach of the Melbourne Football Club faces the challenge of teaching his players how to win games against all comers. At times during this tumultuous season, that task has seemed daunting, made more so in light of the surprise news last week of the sacking of premiership coach Simon Goodwin. However, there were also some positive signs from yesterday’s match against the Western Bulldogs that the challenge may not be as difficult as one might think. The two sides presented a genuine football spectacle, featuring pulsating competitive play with eight lead changes throughout the afternoon, in a display befitting a finals match. The result could have gone either way and in the end, it came down to which team could produce the most desperate of acts to provide a winning result. It was the Bulldogs who had their season on the line that won out by a six point margin that fitted the game and the effort of both sides.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

The rain had been falling heavily in south east Queensland when the match began at Springfield, west of Brisbane. The teams exchanged early goals and then the Casey Demons proceeded like a house on fire in the penultimate game of the VFL season against a strong opponent in the Brisbane Lions. Sparked by strong play around the ground by seasoned players in Charlie Spargo and Jack Billings, a strong effort from Bailey Laurie and promising work from youngsters in Kynan Brown and  Koltyn Tholstrup, the Demons with multiple goal kickers firing, raced to a 27 point lead late in the opening stanza. A highlight was a wonderful goal from Laurie who brilliantly sidestepped two opponents and kicked beautifully from 45 metres out.
