Staggering to see ANYTHING on this thread aside from pure happiness.  We are top 4. we have our defence back.

Every single other team in the 8 would pick us first as the team they do not want to meet.

meanwhile at Mordor, they have been playing practice matches with zero intensity

Finals is a different ball game. Not to mention we want the home ground and home crowd advantage. After missing out last year I think we want our fans at the G cheering the boys on.

So just admit you don't want to pay for the airfares and park the melodramatic hand wringing after our best win of the year!

Zorko is a disgraceful human being and a pathetic captain. Eat [censored] and enjoy not winning a flag you [censored].

Worst Captain in the AFL…such an easy guy to bait. Loved Steven May owning him after the siren

Players beating the chest together in the room after the game. Jonesy was talking about that on the radio today, he said it was a team thing that the focus was in 2021 keeping the opposition below 68 points

did everyone see this?  was unbelievable!  the players were so pumped.

amazing post game vision.  wish I was 21 again

Ok the TAB, we’ve closed the gap to Geelong from about $2.00 to $0.15

Of FFS what a joke to have a go at me for not being a die hard. You clearly have zero ideas.

I am extremely thrilled with the win. I’m not here to pick on posters but you are. So good for you.

Great night. First time at the Gabba for me. The Benny Brown half time goal was right in front of me. Extremely hostile crowd for about 10 seconds. Could just about hear a pin drop by half way through the first quarter.

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

A couple of intrepid Demonland Trackwatchers headed down to Gosch's Paddock for the midweek Preseason Training Session to bring you the following observations. Demonland's own Whispering Jack was not in attendance but he kicked off proceedings with the following summary of all the Preseason Training action to date. We’re already a month into the MFC preseason (if you started counting when the younger players in the group began the campaign along with some of the more keen older heads)

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
